Ah, One-Punch Man, known for his finishing move beating any enemies with just one punch (a joke, must be, hahaha, well not...). Generally people will find this Marvelous show very refreshing and funny. Interesting I say, how a bald hero named Saitama beat the menacing Villans. It's super easy, just swing your hand and it's over. But the real problem is that this hero of ours, has run out of joke, it's just about swing, swing, and swing, initially it's funny, but it's become repetitive and boring. This guy has no weakness, probably he's god himself (*spoiler: he kicks the supreme ruler-of-universe's ass with just
...
half-baked blows, and finishes him off with once again, ONE SWING!) Whoa! Ain't that amazing?? Well, yeah, in fact it's too amazing to even mention about. But that's all, one swing and it's done. If you love SWINGS, you gotta watch this, Hyped-Mode. But unfortunately not all people are into such repetitive and overrated scenes, I am one of those outsiders by the way. A hero with no flaw, wow! And he's a man? Whoa!!??!? That must be a god! Ah...! I know, the title's been fooling us all this time, it's not One-Punch Man, it's One-Punch God! Now that sounds better, hahaha. Well, just so that this doesn't look like an entirely left-handed review, there are indeed some moments in the show that can tear apart our human feelings, like when a certain inferior hero tries to stop an overpowered villain, when our favorite bald hero gets blamed for destroying things even though he's just saved an entire population from a disaster, or when he can't even kill a bug (now this is real funny). Overall, aside of all left-handed things I've mentioned, most people will find this show awe-inspiring and probably their favorite anime of the year. Some minor with post-modernism mind may loathe this piece of work. I'm not really into heroic stuff, but the fact that I've finished watching One-Punch God, ehm... *cough* One-Punch Man is a proof that I indeed enjoyed this show to the end. If you're picky eater, please don't watch this. Thank you, may this little-valued guide help you, even if it's just a very small bit of information

It’s rather hard to swallow to think that Glasslip whom I had high expectations for turned out to be this warped.
I’ve made some reviews before. I usually write reviews of good or at least passable pieces of work to me. This time, however, I made an exception.
First, I’d like to afford the genres:
Romance, Slice of Life, Supernatural
Also, the minor genres:
School-life
Now, let’s begin the review, shall we?
...
This anime has a great potential, I must say. Slice of life is a common genre in anime, and it is a popular one.
But what a slice of life show depicts don’t have to be improved to the extent that will eventually confuse the audience. The plot is basically simple: a girl in a group who can see future and deals with it without her friends' knowing.
But, when the show begins, the simple plot we’re talking about appears to be a complicated plot. Even chickens join in. We’ve got another big genre here, supernatural, plus romance and minor school life that can be ignored.
Let’s combine these together and try to create a story based on these styles. That’s it! Slice of life shows usually don’t involve supernatural. Slice of life is usually connected with the reality of life, something realistic, while supernatural is somewhat surreal. Thanks to the genres, the story turns out twisted and very complicated to understand to such an extent that perhaps we should have professionals check it out themselves. In addition to the story, it ended awfully.
The characters develop poorly. So poor that I can’t even explain it, I mean they’re difficult to understand. Should they appear in my life, I should be smarter than the me now so that I will not end up become one of those oddballs.
This phase’s conclusion: BAD
About the sound, not much to say, not bad but not great.
Every piece of work has good aspect(s), even the most unattractive ones
– Stelvedorn –
Quotation above is what I believe. This anime is not the worst. I’ve seen many shows that are worse than this. The truth that I’ve finished watching the show proves it.
Glasslip has a very good graphic, everyone admits. You should at least check it out. I’m impressed, while much animes portray background people motionlessly, Glasslip doesn’t, I mean, hey, they’re (people) literally alive! The city’s beautifully drawn. They’re simply beautiful.
I’m not the only one finished Glasslip instead of dropped it. That’s it! I astonishingly finished it because of the enjoyment. Well, not very enjoy it but, I enjoy watching this anime.
This phase’s conclusion: PASSABLE
I conclude that Glasslip is not an anime I recommend you watching. Despite the positive aspects it has, the negative aspects are dominating. I hope you’ll be helped by this.
I hereby end this review.

Another. What an unusual name of an anime.
What would pop up in your mind when this ‘Another’ word is heard? Funny? Intriguing? Strange? Or what? The best way to learn about it is by discovering it yourself.
I put an underline then described it with a word, ‘random’. But, after reconsidered the thought, I learned the word ‘tragic’ suits it better.
First is calamity.
It’s about mainly a group of pupils deals with the aftermath of a calamity. Interesting, I stated.
Should you be the protagonist of the show, being suspicious for some abstruse reason, ignored, (as if) hated and even everyone doesn’t consider your existence, what would
...
you do?
Kouichi Sakakibara and Mei Misaki will experience and show it on behalf of you.
Second is countermeasures.
Sacrificing is one of some ridiculous act of defending. Why do people bother to gamble on such preposterous suggestion?
By watching it, you’ll find it out.
People tend to save their own skin when they stuck in a hazardous state. For example, in a natural disaster, MOST people will ignore the chaos and run for their own life. Be it anyone you know or not, friends or even the ones you love, it’s not not possible. What a bitter pill to swallow. This truth, however, will teach us about what a life means eventually.
And Another is not a wrong pick to learn this reality.
I don’t fancy spoiling the show too much. It might bite the mood. But, there are several essential things to be told, the ones I can’t help but spoil:
- it contains gore and violation with a bit censorship
- most characters d*e
- murder, accident, desperation, depression, etc. are within the show
I think these will warn you somehow. Regarding Another, I tell you to carefully pick the show you think suitable so that you will neither regret your own choice nor blame the other.
Do yourself a favor and don’t hold back if it intrigues you so much.

Slow-paced animes usually steal my essence of ‘watching with enjoyment’. Some even have more episodes than usual short animes (those with 12 or -teen episodes), 20s episodes. It’s considered boring and cliché to boot.
But, hey, what about Zetsuen no Tempest?
They say it’s slow-paced. I can’t blame them for it, as I myself find it’s true. But I daresay that they would at least say Zetsuen no Tempest is not your usual slow-paced cliché show. Yes, it’s true.
I’ve tried finding any similar anime to this. Yet, I found none so far. Yes, it’s empirically a unique one.
To me, this is one in a million pieces
...
of work. I’m not a big fan of slow-going shows. Still, Zetsuen no Tempest is surprisinglly one of those laggards, and I can’t help but intrigued by it. The truth is the show doesn’t a jot bore me to the end.
Taken from an outstanding poet, The Bard Shakespeare’s pieces of writing namely ‘Twil*ahem*’, pardon me, ‘Tem*est’, ‘Ha*let’ and *ahem*, what else? Well, that’s all. It is said that the story is associated with some aforementioned writing, which ending is the converse of the other ending. Well, to put it simple, Zetsuen no Tempest is (mainly) about two opposing entities, the Tree of Origins and the Tree of World's End, trying to dominate each other for some veiled reason and of course, both powers have the potential to either create or devastate the world.
It starts with a murdered girl whose murderer is unknown. Mahiro, the brother of the murdered girl can’t accept his kid sister’s unreasonable death and commits himself to find the murderer and kill them with his own hands. He ends up dragging his friend Yoshino and collaborating with a powerful but stranded witch in order to find his sister’s murderer and they inevitably involved in witchcraft. They work together but share no same goal. The witch and her freedom, the lad and his revenge and the dragged and his . . . . .
The following clues might help you find out what Zetsuen no Tempest is about:
- mystery
- save the world
- quotes from some pieces of writing
- synergy and collaboration
- love
- revenge
- white magic vs black magic
I’ll tell you why this anime is a must-watch:
- it’s unique
- it has quirky characters
- it doesn’t contain nudity (as long as you’re not a pervert)
- despite it’s slow, it’s intriguing
- has great features
- it’s peculiarly romantic
- no fuss, just trust me
Yoshino, Hakaze, Aika, Mahiro are examples of one strong point in this show. Yes, one strong point of this anime is it’s characters. How they develop and deal with the situations, despite the problems is what makes me can continue watching the show despite it’s slow paces. It’s more than needing a hero to be able to conquer an enormous power. Cooperation is the best way to fight against this, even if it means you’re to collaborate with your enemy.
The supporting characters really do their job (supporting the show) well. I’m pretty sure one character that can both annoy and intrigue is Fuwa Aika.
The sounds do support the show, a strong point. Voice actors suit the characters very well, the music deserves praise. It’s catchy, no joke. You know what I mean, don’t you?
The art is another strong point, well, it’s distinctive after all. Also, it’s flexible but not loose.
In the end, I enjoy this and I am sure most people do, too.
Are you looking for a slow but great anime?
Are you short of good show?
Or, are you confused by so many choices of anime?
Zetsuen no Tempest: The Civilization Blaster is a rare thing you probably won’t find anywhere else once you miss the chance finding it. Yes, I am talking about a treasure.

To be honest, I was kinda pissed off by the main lead Hikari, at first. Having many episodes downloaded is somehow irritating to me to 'drop this anime!', knowing how much money I spent in Internet cafe downloading this show. Well, just a preface, but then, I am not sure how to put it, I began to love it.
The story progresses well, very well indeed. The port town isn't something new, still the show makes it possible to 'renew' the usual plot port town concept. A remarkable thing in the story is the romance progress, makes it even greater (Is it possible someone much younger
...
than you and loves you, then she/he becomes a peer to you?).
The art is commendable, I should say. Just take a look at the cover or simply watch the episodes.
Opening theme song as well as the ending theme song never cease to amuse me every time I listen and hear. The voice acting goes well, the female leads, primary my favorite.
Characters in this anime develop greatly. You'll definitely like it the time you start watching. Not to mention their cute expressions.
You'll enjoy the anime to the fullest starting the new opening theme comes, of course with some new features added in it.
Nagi no Asukara is a worth-watching anime for you who loves teenage romance, fantasy-yet-realistic life, and stuff. It's a great anime, a master piece indeed.
