I think most people here would agree, if I say that everyone here has come across a special manga someday, that once read, turned out to be the axe in the frozen river that is the love for this genre or medium.

Stranger by the Sea is probably the singular reason why I've been sucked into the anime/manga bubble, which is also to say to take this review with a grain of salt.
The story managed to keep me glued to the screen dramaturgically and especially through its praised visuals. Personally, I found the colorful range of characters relatable, making it easy to sympathize with them. Overall, the best I could describe this piece is that it is pornography for the heart.
