From nothing to nowhere!
It starts good, I have to admit. We have some start point or at least something similar. The first episode makes you think "what's going to happen?" but instead of you get answer, you just get more questions. I know there is the deal of "it's a philosophical anime for great minds", I understand, although you just cannot write something so pointless and say it is deep.
We can understand the metaphors, but in the general narrative it just don't work. Everything is throw out in our faces. It have some points but the link between them just do not exist.
The
...
characters disappear, have no defined papers, the protagonist's ambiction don't exist (ok he is one of that type of guys who don't care about nothing in his life but his motor energy is so low wich makes him a bad protagonist). I just can get more relatable to the characters in the final episodes, where we have some backgrounds stories of some of them. And the other thing who make them more human is the romantic thing with Asakaze, Nozomi and a I forgot the name of the other girl, because is how teenagers work. They get stuck in a island and still yet are so passive? No, no, they were supposed to be freaking out and confess the love for each other, and showing their real personalite, even that was not the point of the anime, the romantic and friendship thing are in lack. I would like to see them getting together and having fun or i don't know. All what we see is the friendship (if we can call like this) of Nozomi, Yamabiko, Nagara and Mizuho, and the hate of Asakaze (and don't ilude yourself even that is so shallow).
The spectator deserve the minimum of the world building (each world has its own rules i know). How did they got there? And how did they got out? No ones in the real world cares about them? This are questions that at least the narritive could give us a little of hints, even though by a conversation, a rapid flash, i don't know.
It would be more interesting e mora linked if the anime since of the first episode let it clear that the episodes are independents or something like this.
If the point of anime was make us think, why didn't they make the characters more relatable so we could sympathize with them and really think about the situation that they pass and transport it to our own lives.
Anyway, for a good connoisseur, half word is enough, nonetheless the anime give us any word like nothing and I think we accept a few crumbs of sense and we think that it's deep.
Rajdhani my king!
The thing of have no ost in the episodes to give us the sensation of empity was great and the ending (or it would be an opening song?) is so good I've downloaded the music to listen around.
So I guess that is it, all my thoughts on anime.
