Both are stories about a girl with medical talents mixed up with and employed by royalty. Both each to some extent have romantic relationships with a prince and both are kinda slow burn. Akagami no Shirayuki-hime is set in a more western kingdom whereas Kusuriya no Hitorigoto is more eastern. Kusuriya no Hitorigoto has some more mature topics in comparison generally speaking.

Both gorgeous works by Rei Toma and are set in the same world. Whilst they are set in the same world they are entirely separate from one another. The species "Ajin" is carried through both series. The King's beast focuses much more on the Ajins though both series feature them prominently.

Both series revolve around girls who are separated from their homes, leading them to live very different lives, and are sacrificed for their country. Both have love triangles including the main love interest being cold and lacking understanding of love to begin with. Both heroines have pink hair and blue eyes and overall in personality remind me a lot of each other.
