Do Da Dancin'!

Both feature a female lead with the incredible skill to dance ballet with intense emotions and bring out the character they are immersed in. In Do Da Dancin' the heroine has support from her parents to pursue ballet, resulting in her becoming an incredibly good dancer with a lot of passion. Until one day her mother gets in an accident and perishes making her lose all will for dancing. From then on she dances without emotion and more casually. Eight years pass and she encounters a man that brings her spirit and love for ballet back. In Dance Subaru, Subaru lives for taking care of her terminally ill brother with a brain tumor, who slowly loses all recognition for everything around him. Subaru uses dance to express what happens everyday and in way for him not to forget her. This in turn sets her on the path and love for dance and the hardships she will continue to face in life. In my opinion, Dance Subaru was absolutely amazing. It gave me a whole, new profound respect for ballet. The manga is a lot more lengthy but it is worth with all the characterization, back story and emotional build up. In conclusion both manga's focus and the difficulties and passion for ballet. I recommend giving these a try.

Both Mangas are about girls that are in relationships with a guy that looks tough and has a bad reputation. But as they get to know them and their relationship develops they discover what a sweet a charming guy they truly are. As the relationship progresses the couple encounter one hurdle and another but it only make their bond stronger. Also the girl's father are very similar in the aspect that they are very over protective, dote over their daughters, harbors extreme hatred for the boyfriends, and are very silly and exzaterated/dramatic. Also both of the boyfriends live on their own due to their families dying in an accident. Both mangas are extremely cute, adorable and funny. If you like one you would like the other. And if you havent read either, then you should give them a try!

These two manga's are drawn with realism and have a very depressing realistic take to them. Usually I enjoy literature that takes my mind of the bad but with these manga in paticular there is something about them no matter how depressing and shitty they make you feel you cant but them down. They are so intriguing and gripping. Very unquie and refreshingly differnt from other literature/manga Ive read. I recomend these two if you can handle context that can be dark and in need for something different.

These two stoies have an amazing central element of friendship to the plot, revolving aroung two girl bestfriends that are polar opposites. Despite being so different the girls are closer than ever. While love is also a good portion of the story, it is mainly focuses on the beauty of friendship and how strong the two girls bond is with one another. Both also provoke warm feelings in the hearts and have extremely unique characters despite it is shoujo. Many say they can relate to both of the mangas too.

Megane cafe Glass is comedic with shounen ai undertones. The story revolves around a kid who is self concious about wearing glasses and stumbles upon a cafe specifically just for glasses wearing people only to find out it's a BL cafe. Freaked out by what he sees he leaves and forgets to pay his bill. One thing leads to another and he ends up working there. Its a light, short manga with really pretty illustrated characters. Antique bakery has more plot and some comedy. The main characher Ono gets his innocent heart broken after being rejected by tachibana in Highschool. 14 years later Ono ends up working in Tachibana's restraunt as his chef. Both are are similar and differnt and are enjoyable reads.
