-Both deal with the "King's Game" concept. -Both stories deal with a classroom that get a weird text saying they are in a game. -Both have all the students turning against each other in order to not get punished by the "King". -Both have that eerie feel to the stories as you keep reading Only difference is that Ousama Game is shonen and people die if they don't do the command that the "King" tells them to do while in Arisa, if people don't obey the "King's" command, they are just injured badly (so it's more softer than Ousama Game) and plus it's a shojo with a mystery to it. But both are very great stories.
