After awaiting for the final volume to get released in English and finish collecting them all I got to say it was worth it. The story in this manga is focused more on Eu than any other character, but still features its proper display of other characters as well. Throughout the story many strange perverted situations happen that gives the book its romantic comedy. If you are looking for a book with strange situations, but hilarious ones then I recommend reading this manga. The artwork was pretty well drawn featuring its great display of perverted romantic comedy moments. Each of these characters personalities will get
...
you laughing when they are displayed. Although if you are planning to read this in English you will have to purchase it considering it is not online.
For the anime continuation read on, don't read if you haven't seen the anime :
Basically read from volume 6 and you will get to see the ending of the story even though it might be a little different

Soul Eater Not is more of a prequel to the original Soul Eater than a sequel. The anime may not have much of the original characters of the original, but it still has its own unique characters that make it interesting to watch
Tsugumi- The first main character, discovered she was a weapon so she decided to head to DWMA hoping to control her powers and find love, but instead find two girl partners who both want to be her partner. She is kind of shy, but when it comes to standing up she will have to
Anya- The second main character and one of
...
the girls who wants to be partners with Tsugumi. She has a stubborn personality, but actually does like to enjoy things with friends. The reason why she came to DWMA was to look for a commoner partner.
Meme- The third main character and kind of an air head. She doesn't really know why she came to DWMA, but wants to be Tsugumi's partner. She is strong willed when it comes to her friend and will protect them.
The storyline is before Medusa was discovered and Sid became a zombie and there weren't that many conflicts. The artwork is a little different than the original, but if you loved Soul Eater you will enjoy it.

A typical type of harem setting, but the character is forced to be in it. The story starts off when the main character, Kimito is forced to go to an all girls school where they are being trained to be mistresses. As Kimito is forced to stay in the all girls school he encounters several girls each with a different personality who want to hang out with him. Once they form a group they make a club where people learn more about commoners which of course Kimito being the only one.
Story- The story is well started focusing on the relationship of all the girls.
...
It involves the characters figuring out what commoners do which since Kimito is the only commoner gets to decide.
Art- The art is pretty well done expressing emotions and showing great design on every page
Overall- If you are looking for a typical comedy featuring awkward situations then this manga would be great to read

Mayo Chiki focuses on Jiro the protagonist curing his fear of women. Even though Jiro had always hidden his fear for quite sometime he is forced to cure it by Suzusuki. All because of poor Jirou discovering the famed Subaru is actually a girl. The story evolves from the point where Subaru is forced to cure Jiro's phobia. Every time there is romantic moments between Jiro and Subaru there comes an awkward situation causing the comedy moments to appear. Most of the story genre is romance and some comedy here and then, but most of it's romance. The art is done really good especially how
...
the characters respond to a statement and think wrong and when there is romantic moments. Sound is also done really well with how the characters try to express their emotions and the background sounds to go along with the situations. Each character has a unique type of personality that is fun to figure out.
Jiro - One of the main characters the story focuses on and is the character that struggles to cure his gynophobia. Jiro is the first character introduced in the manga when it begins. He keeps away from girls to make sure he doesn’t pass out from a nosebleed. Once he is forced to be cured by Suzutsuki he suffers from going through a lot of treatments. The thing in Jiro’s character that is interesting to look at is how he responds to Suzutsuki’s treatments and what happens to him just to cure his problem.
Suzutsuki – Another main character in Mayo Chiki, who tries to cure Jiro of his gynophobia in exchange Jiro has to keep Subaru’s secret. She doesn’t really care what happens to Jirou while he goes through his treatment. She has a mysterious type of personality so you don’t know how she really is like. Her personality is interesting because sometimes she does want to help Jiro, but most of the time she tortures him.
Subaru – A main character in Mayo Chiki who is discovered to be a girl by Jiro and stays by him to make sure he doesn’t say her secret. She obeys her master command no matter what it is, which makes her a very interesting character. When she is with Jiro she reacts awkwardly to him causing them to be in strange situations. She usually thinks the wrong way to something that isn’t.
Overall this anime deserves a nine because of all the genres and situations it features. Although if you are looking for my comedy and romance then you should check out the manga because it continues with the storyline.

Sword Art Online Extra edition consists mostly of flashbacks of what during Aincrad and Alfheim. Most of the time there will be long flashbacks each time a character explained what happened In the game. So basically you can just skip the flashbacks and get right to the point of the extra edition and find out what's going to happen next. Although if you are a fan of Sword Art Online then you should watch this special even though it doesn't show that much anything new.

Mayo Chiki features many great things like comedy, romance, and storyline. You could say it is like a high school romance except with a lot of strange situations. Although the romance evolves from perverted situations it is what makes this a great manga to read. Especially how the main character can't touch a girl, but is forced to by other characters.
(10) Storyline- The storyline is done really well in this manga because it starts off by the protagonist, Jiro discovering the most loved butler by girls is actually a girl. Getting knocked out by Subaru the butler Jiro is forced to cooperate with Suzutsuki to
...
keep Subaru's secret, but then develops into a romance because of Jiro being Subaru's first friend and characters trying to cure his gynophobia.
(10) Art- The art is done really well with the character emotions when something dramatic will happen during the awkward romantic moments. Especially how the characters would respond by their faces and think wrong. There are also great details added to convey the romantic comedy moments.
(10) Character- Each character has a unique type of personality that is fun to figure out.
She usually thinks the wrong way to something that isn't.
(10) Overall- Everything was done pretty well and I give this manga a 10 because of the great content it has. You just don't know whats going to happen next in the dramatic parts of the story. If you are looking for a book that features both comedy and romance then Mayo Chiki would be a great book to read.

When you hear the word Soul Eater in Soul Eater Not it makes you think that it has to be about the main characters in Soul Eater. Well the truth is that Soul Eater Not is a series that revolves these three freshmen girls that are trying to get used to the school while at the same time finding themselves in awkward situations. While the original Soul Eater focused mostly on action and storyline, Soul Eater Not focuses mostly on comedy and side stories of Soul Eater. The artwork is done pretty great like it was in the original Soul Eater. While Soul Eater Not
...
is considered a prequel, I wouldn't recommend reading until you have read Soul Eater. Anyway Soul Eater Not takes place way before the whole Kishin thing occurred in Soul Eater. The story starts with Tsugami, the protagonist, arriving at death city to control her new weapon powers. Hoping to find love at death city she instead finds two female weapon meisters who both want to be her partner. There is Meme who has a nice body, but is a bit kind of a ditzy. Then there is Anya who is a bit stubborn sometimes, but still wants to have fun. Overall the comedy portion that makes this book funny is the lifestyle they live in and what they go through at the D.W.M.A
