**Spoilers incoming**
The anime was good for me, I had never watched an anime with that genre, features, art style and above all, its story.
The story was not very general and I really liked the symbolism that they added to each chapter, as they gradually introduce new characters that are entering the world of the protagonist and the main theme that revolves around is suicide. We know well that our generation nowadays tends to have suicidal tendencies, and that adds points, since it would be something understandable among the young community. Also the fact that they almost don't explain everything, but leave it up to you
...
to figure it out for yourself, especially the last chapter, leaves a lot to think about.
The character I liked the most was Rika, it was mostly that I identified with her situation. Although I think getting out of that self-harming problem was unrealistic in the anime. It is a problem that takes a long process and requires help from psychologists. I didn't really like that fact, the process of Rika's evolution. If they had dedicated more chapters to her, it would have been better.
It is worth mentioning, the open ending that leaves the series. I compare it with the endings like Angel Beats! or Charlotte since these 2 also leave a lot to think about after the end. Those kind of anime leave us with the intrigue, so I thought this anime would have manga but no. I think the possibility of it having a second season is very low.
The art style was also original for me, the movements of the characters, the details, I really enjoyed everything. Especially including real life images to the opening gives a very special touch. The sounds are the typical anime sounds for me, I didn't find much difference the truth, but it wasn't that bad.
But well, all in all, I give the anime a 9/10.
- History 9/10
-Art 10/10
-Enjoyement 9/10
