At first I thought this movie was gonna be very different than what it was actually like, I was expecting something more along the lines of an ordinary every day kids cartoon but instead it was like if the writers of Emperor's New Groove had taken LSD then tried to write an anime. I thoroughly enjoyed watching Spirited Away as it gave me old scooby doo cartoon vibes but it's more like watching scooby doo while on lsd, which is find and I still really enjoyed this movie I just wish it had more context. Please stop reading now if youre not okay with a minor spoiler? Its pretty much the concept but still. I wish they had answered stuff like why that place existed, why dont they like humans and stuff like that?
So, overall great movie just wish it had context but still, loved Sin and the art but the story wasnt that good. 7/10 |
