Like almost every "normal" person, she thinks that entering high school is going to be the experience of her life, you know having attention from boys, having a lot of friends, finding love and over all being Popular so LIFE comes crashing down of the speed of light hit her in the face and it sucks.
The main character is completely delusional, all the experiences she has on every episode are so embarrassing that it makes it hilarious, seriously I couldn't help but laugh at it. But

Is predictable, I couldn't even concentrate on the plot because it has no interest, I really tried to go with it but I could follow.
So a kid battling creatures in space for human race, crash on whats left of the planet earth and between the long long process of being stuck there he fight with a whole nest of squids thinking they are the same creatures he had to fight in space and blah blah blah I don't even need to finish this thing. It doesn't even had great action scenes which you expect in a mecha anime, even the music is nothing especial it definitively ...

DON'T YOU DARE SEE THE MOVIE BEFORE FINISHING THE SERIES FIRST! cause you wont understand that important parts of the movie, (kinda exaggerating a little but you get more into it when you had seen it completely) so yeah:
This movie I must say its great, although I was expecting a little bit more, it's still a good movie. The story is not that badass action experience I was hoping for but well it has its moments. Its more sentimental at least for me, not in a "cliche" kinda way but as "it gets to you" kinda way, especially the memories from their past. They characters they look ...

Tonari no Kaibutsu-Kun is a fun and heartwarming anime, The story is really good, you got a book worm girl that puts studing first avobe all, and this guy who is very smart although it doesn't seen like it and he got out of school for some reason, those 2 meet each other and along the way they encounter friends & other people that make this story come to life.
the characters have great personalities especially Haru and Natsume but they all have their own special personality which anyone can relate to. Overall I enjoyed this anime alot and the message at the end made me happy ... |
