This review will sum up my thoughts from the first season to the very final, pretty much my overall thoughts on Fruits Basket.
Fruits Basket is an anime that I initially find very odd during the first few episodes, like seriously a drama show about zodiac animals that sounds extremely silly. But I still continued and watched with an open mind. To my surprise this show is so much more than just zodiac animals; It is a story about bonds and connections, what it means to be human, existentialism, self-acceptance, Exploration of ones identity and so much more that are tackled in this series.
[characters 10/10]
This is
...
I believe Fruits Basket strongest aspect, it is their cast of characters. Every single character has their own unique personalities and traits. Fruits Basket is really good in presenting it's characters; They flesh out each and every character by giving them their own interesting character arcs with well written internal conflicts. It makes them much more memorable and makes me personally care about them more. Especially the main characters.
- Kyo: My personal favorite character in this series is most definitely Kyo. Not only does he have the most fun personality out of the cast but the way he interacts with the characters in the series are always super interesting. But what makes me love Kyo the most is because of how much he's grown, you could see the constant changes in him with each passing episode. Especially ever since he had Tohru in his life; how much he's moved on from his traumatic past, how much softer and kinder he's grown, and the maturity that we see in him.
- Yuki: I honestly didn't liked Yuki much at first. I just find him extremely uninteresting at first, he seemed like one of those generic hot handsome prince anime guys that gets all the girls in those romcoms and he seemed very bland. I was pleasantly wrong as I kept watching this series because he's actually far from that; He is flawed, weak, selfish and sometimes miserable. Especially after learning about his past my view of him has drastically changed. He quickly became one of my favorite characters in the series.
- Tohru: The character that I believe nobody could ever hate. Honda Tohru just has every single likeable trait; She's kind, caring, optimistic. cheerful, and a little bit silly. There is nothing to dislike about her character, but she's not just some basic cheerful nice anime girl because she's actually quite a well written character. Her character goes deep into the theme of personal growth and acceptance, seeing her development and role throughout the series was amazing, truly one of the best characters of the series.
[music 8/10]
Now don't get me wrong I do think the OST and background music has always been amazing, and also helps elevate the scenes by making it more emotional/powerful. But the openings are a hit or miss for me, especially I am the type of person who don't really skip anime openings so a bad opening could really effect my experience. The only openings that I liked were the first opening of season 1 and the second opening of season 2.
[art/animation 7.5/10]
Yeah I like it. It's simple and nice, definitely a huge improvement from the previous 2001 installment because I personally hated how the characters looked there. Though it's an improvement from the previous series it is still nothing too special. It's not bad nor great, just good.
[story 9/10]
I was pleasantly surprised to stumble across a romance series that has a story as great as fruits basket. This story has a balanced mix of drama, slice of life, romance and comedy. You'll never get bored of this series, it always have something interesting going. I don't wanna delve to deep into the story to avoid spoiling but I was amazed by how this series could turn such a simple plot premise to a really grand story.
[overall 9.5/10]
I love Fruits Basket, it's already one of my favorite animes of all time. This series just has it all; Amazing cast, a wonderful story, great character dynamics/interactions, exciting drama and so much more. It is a series that I could safely recommend to anyone and be sure that they would enjoy it.

First of all I wanna say that I have never read a "Yandere manga" before so this is my first time reading one. Initially I thought it had a pretty interesting premise, I mean everyone who's normal would be freaked out if they found out that there is a yandere that is overly obsessed with you and stalks you. But this was not the case with the protagonist of this manga, he rather sees it more of a "thrill" and even went to date her.
This manga is addictive, even with how strange it is it's very addictive. Every chapter just always have something exciting going
...
on and I'm always very interested in what Kisaki is about to do. Funnily enough she wasn't even the most twisted character in the manga, it was rather the protagonist Haruka. I've seen a lot of edgy protagonists in animanga but I've never seen one this emo before, I don't want to go into spoilers but his intentions are very dark and edgy. Despite that his unpredictability is what makes this series super exciting.
So if you asked me whether this manga is worth reading or not my answer would be yes. Go for it, it is very strange and can sometimes come off as "corny" but it's weirdly addictive and very exciting!

Jigokuraku or Hell's paradise has to be the most mediocre Shounen I have ever read, i'm honestly genuinely impressed on how the author can balance it's positives and negatives to the point that it's not bad but it's not good either, just very average.
Story: 5/10
It's nothing you've never seen before, about a ninja who's supposed to be "hollow" or empty that's going through some execution for the crimes he's committed and then later on he realized that he still has a will to live and that he doesn't want to die yet as he suddenly out of nowhere wants to meet his wife. And so
...
he and a couple of other criminals were given the task to find this thing called the elixir of life, it's stated that whoever consumes the elixir of life will be grant immortality but the elixir is located in a deserted island full of weird and powerful creatures, and So our little protagonist is on a journey to seek immortality in order to live a normal life with his wife. The plot is honestly really boring, I couldn't care less about the events that occured during the series as they're pretty repetitive and a lot of the times came off as generic. The series doesn't present anything new, the protagonist is an overpowered ninja that's undefeatable and then later on he found out the creatures of the island are quite unbeatable and then he finally understands how the power system works and every single fight whenever he nearly lost he then goes to a sudden power up and Taa daa he magically won! It's really boring and repetitive
Characters: 3/10
Even tho I just finished reading this manga like a day ago I already forgotten the names of every single character besides 3 people, and that's just how forgettable the cast is. The way the characters are written is either they came off as too annoying or I just couldn't care less about them, and whenever a character dies they never left any impact towards me as the author just forgot to make them memorable. The side characters are extremely bland and boring, I couldn't resonate with any of them as they are either too uninteresting or just straight up annoying (aza brothers). Now the antagonists, oh boy this series has the most MEDIOCRE cast of antagonists, I was never a fan of the tensens and I find the final antagonist to be extremely bland and predictable. The only relevant characters in the series are Sagiri and Gabimaru, the rest of the cast sucks
Art: 7/10
The art is pretty good, i've definitely seen a lot of better drawn new gens but I have to admit Hell's paradise got a nice artstyle and most of the time I really like how the series was drawn. And yes this is the only redeeming factor.
Fights: 5/10
There was not one moment was I ever hyped throughout my read of Hell's paradise, and that's mainly because sometimes the paneling sucks so much that I couldn't even tell what the hell was happening. Also some of the fights are really cheap and repetitive, they never created any tension. None of the fights are memorable so I don't have much to say.
Overall: 5/10
I was most definitely disappointed at this series as most of the reviews are overwhelmingly positive and I rarely see someone point out how mediocre this series is. But still i'm looking forward to the anime adaptation and I hope it's at least more entertaining than this underwhelming manga. Yea that's gonna wrap up this quick review, I hope you all that's reading this to have a pleasant day/evening, thanks for reading :)

Beyblade is a show everyone grew up with, its no surprise that this show has a very low rating on this website knowing all this show is about is powering up and getting better (as a blader). Well this is a kids show and im sure the main purpose of this series is to promote the toys (i personally own alot!). Even tho Beyblade metal fury isn't well written (or even close) this show still manages to bring me joy. Beyblade had alot of memorable fights, great heartwarming moments and surprisingly alot of "hype" moments too.
Characters:
I feel like the strongest aspect of beyblade are
...
the characters. Gingka is your typical "never give up" MC but yet everytime he's in a bey fight we always cheer for him because of how inspirational and enjoyable he is to watch. Benkei, Kenta and Kyoya are all great side characters too, they maybe don't have as much screentime as Gingka does but i feel like they played their roles perfectly fine. And finally Ryuuga, this man is a BEAST! he is simply just a BADASS, you'll either love him or hate him, but personally he's one of my favorite character in this series, he strives to be the strongest and his journey is extremely entertaining to watch.
Overall Beyblade is a series that has a special place in my heart, it may not have top tier storyline or crazy plot twists but this show still managed to entertain me for 3 whole seasons. Beyblade is forever a masterpiece in my eyes. (Btw this is my first review ever so im sure this is a review thats far from perfect hehe)
