This manhwa has some really great art right off the bat. It's one of the reasons I kept going with it till the end. As a fan of romance-isekai or villainess stuff, I approached this similarly. I was very glad to find out that this show didn't follow the usual tropes of "I read a novel/played a game and now I'm the princess or villaness" but instead its just a normal isekai to another world. The entire romance is based on the characters falling for each other when they know more about each other.

Sadly... It's here. The first bad season of The Irregular at Magic High School.

This season unlike its previous seasons decides to trace us to the 'Actual' main villain who receives no character development whatsoever and is just this mysterious, handsome, butler, who serves a mummified kirito who has had to much VR and also shows us no version for his side of the story for why he does what he does.

It uses almost every cliche there is in a "hero and maou" + "villainess" animes, which would be fine, but the portrayal is terrible, the art sucks in a lot of moments, the CGI is 🤮, and every possible emotional character development is shunned by the mc being dense af and making jokes about how self-aware she is of what's gonna happen next.
The secondary characters have no character development, and even the primary characters don't develop much other than just a change of attitude due to admiration of the MC by the end of the episode. No character development for them from that point onwards.
