Ever felt like wasting your time with an author more inconsistent then a buoy in the middle of a storm out at sea? This right here has got it covered with the most uninteresting and flip-flopping story progression ever seen. It's sad that this artwork is wasted on this story but let's get into why that is so.
Frankly, this author seems to be confused as to what kind of story they want to tell because in one chapter you have angsty MC worrying about changing fate, and then it turns into a weird slice of life manhwa that wastes time on things that no one

cares about. It is seriously aggravating having the progression of critical events or junctions be halted by multiple chapters of the most boring and uninteresting events ever. Is this a story about a warrior regressing through time to save the world and change fate or is it a side character growth simulator? Listen wholesome stuff is fine but we are talking about an MC that should be prepping to save the world from monstrosities; it paints this tone in the beginning as if this story is gritty but then turns into chapters of slice of life dynamics of kids?
This ties into another frustrating point is that the MC is supposed to be a battle genius yet dillydallies to complete the most arbitrary of tasks (as he puts it) - it is honestly insulting just how drawn out a simple squabble is in the manhwa. There is a reason why this manhwa has reputation of being drawn out and it is because it takes way too long to end fights. Most of the chapters of fighting are wasted time of paneling with mind-numbing and repetitive moves - this becomes so annoying that one begins to skip chapters and still have the MC in the same situation as 3 chapters ago for something so "simple" to the MC.
There are some more things to note such as the annoying overabundance of hidden potential side characters, obnoxiously obtuse and convenient power system, and the fact the MC stays a child (and still is a child) for over an entire season. This manhwa is a heap of hot garbage and should not be read even as a time waster. I wish I could rate it really low but as mentioned before the artwork is pretty good and that is about it.
