Story (7/10) - Death March starts as any Isekai anime would; main character is living life, but then gets transported to another world, voluntarily or otherwise. At first he thinks it's a dream (as most would), but then realizes it's not and tries to adjust to the new world. I think the problem most people have with this anime is the situation surrounding Lulu and Arisa when they're first introduced. While it is terrible, it's considered normal in the world of Death March. And thankfully, the main character is not like everyone else.
Art (8/10) - The art style makes it easily recognizable as a fantasy
...
anime. The simple, base design is nice and endearing, not too hard on the eyes.
Sound (7/10) - The opening theme gives a nice lively beat as it mixes Satou's previous life with his new one as he explores with his companions. The ending song echoes an air of a calm, relaxing tone by the female cast.
Character (5/10) - Although he didn't start that way, Satou quickly becomes your average over-powered Isekai protagonist. He's also surrounded by an all-girl cast that likes him (more or less) that you'd generally find in a Harem anime.
Enjoyment (7/10) - Death March to the Parallel World Rhapsody did have some competition during the Winter 2018 season as it aired alongside Overlord II. Regardless, it did have a nice, heartwarming journey for a programmer turned hero who's literally living the dream.
Overall (6.8/10) - While I can understand people giving this show a low score for the issue surrounding Lulu and Arisa, I feel like that's all they have to hate. Despite Death March having average characters, a seemingly generic storyline, and 'terrible' art; I think a small part of the show is being too deeply dug for a light-hearted anime.

Story (4/10) - In a world where the title of "Wiseman" is the ultimate symbol of superiority and power in using Machineart, a combination of magical and technological properties, brings us to the tale of a puppeteer and his faithful automaton in hopes of claiming vengeance. Aside from the main character's motivations and the magic system, not much else is told. The action-sequences weren't bad, one of the good points of this show. Somehow it has the Ecchi tag, most likely for the sole sake of Yaya's personality. After the first episode, it was hard to come back and finish, and overall felt rushed.
Art (5/10)
...
- The art style was bright and colorful, but that was about it.
Sound (6/10) - The opening song matched the atmosphere and setting well. The ending theme had a more traditional Japanese-style to it, which was a little strange since the story is based in England. But nice, nevertheless.
Character (5/10) - Main character who seeks vengeance for tragic past. Check. Love-struck companion who wishes to be their wife? Check. Throw in a Tsundere-friend with the supporting cast, and what do you get? One word: Average.
Enjoyment (6/10) - The magic system was easy to understand, but the spells were another story. Each character got enough screen-time to resolve their pasts and create character-development. Even though the ending left some questions, it was what one would expect from a series just trying to pull you in to read the source material.
Overall (5.2/10) - This anime wasn’t necessarily bad, it just wasn’t that good either. If I could summarize it, it would be: Main character wants revenge, goes to get it, but by the end doesn’t and tries to leave a cliffhanger for fans to find out what happens next. As I said before, it was really hard for me to come back after the first episode.

Story (7/10) - As with most second seasons of anime, it isn't really focused on story. But despite that, it was just as nice as the first season of this series.
Art (8/10) - Madhouse did an amazing job in animating the first Overlord, and continues to be seen in this second season.
Sound (7/10) - An upbeat introduction song accompanied by a sequence of events showcasing the main characters and/ or groups that are already known and yet to be introduced. Each episode ends with a slower, softer melody that reflects the inner, emotional sides of the characters.
Character (6/10) - In this season, we
...
see what the original Overlord was missing, character development. As is the trend with most sequels to an anime, we get to see a little perspective that really serves as the true story to the overall plot.
Enjoyment (7/10) - This season was just as enjoyable as the original. The story makes room so we can really get-to-know the characters inhabiting it so we can be all-the-more invested for what's to come.
Overall (7/10) - This was a classic second season to a fine anime. The original Overlord set-up the story while this brought us a little closer to the characters. With a third season already planned, it's going to be interesting to see what comes next.

Story (7/10) - Just by reading the synopsis, most people would already make a comparison of this anime to Sword Art Online. You wouldn't be wrong to do so, but that's about where the similarities end. Having to adapt to a new world is not easy, but it's made a little easier when your role is the maxed-out avatar you created.
Art (8/10) - Very detailed; vivid colors for a beautiful world.
Sound (7/10) - Nice songs accompanied by nice visuals.
Character (5/10) - There isn't much here. It's what you'd expect from having devoted NPC servants. Each has their own personalities...
Enjoyment (7/10) - This was pretty good.
...
I liked how the main character didn't overly react to suddenly being trapped, and his quick adjustment to accept the situation and try to roll with it.
Overall (6.8/ 10) - Similar to SAO, but not the same. Somewhat confusing magic system, and overpowered-scenarios are thrown everywhere. Not a bad series, and I can't wait to see what's next.

Story (8/10) - It's usually a good thing to receive a gift from a god, it's just the strings usually attached aren't as good. The story has an interesting mix of a death game involving cellphones, predicting the moves of those who know the future, and who you can truly trust to be an ally or enemy.
Art (8/10) - The animation for this was done very well. I could really feel the emotions of the characters as they survived every ordeal they came across.
Sound (10/10) - Give credit where credit is due. If Yuki sounds familiar, he should, since his voice actor is Josh Grelle
...
[Shidou (Date A Live), Issei (High School DxD BorN), Ichika (Infinite Stratos)], etc.
Brina Palencia is a perfect mix of sweet, yet scary. An unforgettable and amazing job as Yuno.
I felt that Kent Williams really gave a spot-on performance as Deus. I could really feel an air of power and authority from his voice.
The first Intro is a readying compliment to the fast-paced, heart-pounding anime that is Future Diary. The first Outro leaves a cryptic, mysterious vibe as each episode ends in some form of cliffhanger.
The second Intro keeps pace with the action, yet with a more drama-filled tune, as does the second Outro.
Character (7/10) - I'm sure if you're at least somewhat familiar with Anime you've, at one time or another, have heard the term 'Yandere'. Yandere describes a fictional character who fits the archetype of being genuinely romantic, loving, kind, sweet, and gentle, but at the same time brutal, psychotic, or deranged in behavior. So when people think of Yandere, Yuno Gasai is a classic example.
Aside from Yuno, there isn't much to be said.
Being forced into a death game and having to rely on a stalker in order to survive, it's what one might expect. As is the evolution of the characters throughout the game.
Enjoyment (8/10) - The Mystery tag for this show was well-deserved. From trying to figure out your opponent's next move while the future is always known and changing, to solving the enigmas that surround the characters and their motivations.
Overall (8.2/10) - Having first watched this anime a while ago, I'm glad I could come back and enjoy it all over again. I'm still a little dissatisfied with how it ended on a cliffhanger, and even more so at the end-credit teaser.
Just remember, the future is never set in stone.

Story (10/10) - Every gamer has asked the same question at some point: What would it be like to be in a videogame?
The world of Sword Art Online answers that question as we watch 10,000 people become trapped and struggle to survive and return home. It clearly illustrates that it may seem like a dream come true, but some's dreams are another's harsh reality. The first-half of the anime was what most were expecting. It wasn't until mid-way that I feel most people were starting to lose traction in the story.
Art (10/10) - I felt that the art was nice. From the environment to
...
the characters' designs, it was amazing altogether.
Sound (10/10) - The Intro really set the scene for each episode as the ending of each was closed with the comforting Outro. Another thing I enjoyed was the music that accompanied each emotional scene.
Character (10/10) - From first-seeing characters, to watching them progress until the end was nice. Some stayed the same, some weren't as bad as we thought; an all-around great cast.
Enjoyment (10/10) - Why wouldn't I enjoy a show that answers every gamer's dream? From touching moments to high-paced action, it's a very enjoyable ride.
Overall (10/10) - Sword Art Online has received widespread commercial success for its animation, soundtrack, and for showcasing the psychological aspects of virtual reality. Some may just glance at this review and think 'Oh, another undeserved 10', but this was the first anime I thought truly deserved it. From the beginning to the end, and everything in-between, it's something you can come back to over and over and enjoy it as the same as the first time.

Story (7/10) - This fun little OVA is to commemorate the 10th Anniversary of the franchise by animating the two-part bonus chapter at the end of the To LOVE-Ru Darkness Manga, and does it spot-on.
Lala makes an invention, doesn't work. Rito somehow gets effected by it, and everyone works to resolve the issue.
Enjoyment (7/10) - I enjoyed this little OVA as I did the other OVAs of the series, a fair amount. I wasn't even aware of this until MAL notified me, thanks for that. It was nice to see everyone again after having finished watching/reading the series a while ago.
...
Overall (7.4/10) - This was a nice little trip down memory-lane for fans of the franchise. It just goes to show, sometimes, no matter how hard you try, you'll end up in compromising scenarios that you won't be able to get out of; but that doesn't mean it won't be entertaining for others.

Story (10/10) - Life is hectic, so people want peace and quiet. That's not too much to ask, right? Well, one boy's wish is granted... sort of, in the form of a girl who fell from the sky! Now referring to him as her master, he uses his new servant to help him accomplish all the perverted escapades most teenage boys can only dream of getting away with, while trying to cling to the hope of regaining his beloved peace and quiet.
Art (10/10) - Art comes in many forms. That's especially true in anime. Some are good, and some are... not as good. In
...
this case, I felt the animation was atheistically pleasing to look at. Something else that I enjoyed was the little-transition between scenes. It was a nice, fluid change from the usual pan-up found in most other anime.
Sound (10/10) - I found the first few words of the Intro caught my ear. It truly spoke about the strangeness of one's own beating heart, and what causes it to do so. As each episode ends, one would expect it to cut to the credits with a nice song. This anime does, but also provides imagery of the highlights of the episode. You can really feel the emotions of the characters.
Character (10/10) - You have your typical high school pervert, childhood best friend, eccentric genius, somewhat sadistic Class President, and two mysterious girls with wings. Quite the cast.
The main character drive, for me, was watching Ikaros try to adapt and become more human for her master while watching Nymph struggle with her identity and what she really wants in life.
Enjoyment (10/10) - One of the funniest moments of this anime is when Tomoki is being his usual pervy-self, and then has to pay for it, usually from the curtesy of his best friend. Some of the situations the cast is in is usually outlandish, but that's how things generally are in a Harem/Ecchi anime.
Overall (10/10) - This show has been sitting on my Plan to Watch list for a while, and I'm so glad that I finally got around to watching it. Within the first episode or two, I knew this was going to be a favorite. I was sad, yet excited when this came to an end. But now, I can go and watch what happens next, and I'm sure I'll enjoy it just as much.

A promise is a promise, that's as simple as it is.
Story (7/10) - Traveling from place to place all the time is a thing most people dream of. But eventually, all people need to settle-down, even merchants. So, what happens when one comes into a town and hears a story of a wolf-goddess bringing a bountiful harvest every year? And what if the story were true, and said goddess wanted to be free and see the world? Everyone deserves the chance, right?
Art (8/10) - The animation was very nice, good and fluid, wonderful and colorful.
Sound (7/10) - I liked how the vocals of
...
the Intro really pulled me in before each episode started, and the cute little visuals of the Outro as the credits rolled.
Character (7/10) - The relationship between Lawerance and Holo, both professional and otherwise, is... interesting and sweet, to say the least.
Enjoyment (7/10) - I found myself enjoying this through the medieval-economic setting as well as the involvement of a wolf-goddess of harvest.
Overall (7.2/10) - Spice and Wolf is a wonderful blended tale of economics within its medieval setting and subtle hints of romance along the way. It truly details the risks involved in the bussiness world, and also shows the wonderful story of a traveling merchant and his new companion as they navigate their way through it.

Tick-tock goes the clock, forever...
Story (7/10) - The world has ended, and a new one was built in its place, literally. When a failure clock smith high school student 'discovers' an important automaton, his biggest dream has come true. But everything has a price, which he soon finds out when he gets roped into stopping a calamity-potential conspiracy.
Art (7/10) - The uniqueness of Clockwork Planet is a given, and Xebec did a very good job in bringing it to life.
Sound (6/10) - The Intro and Outro weren't bad, just not the best either.
Character (6/10) - A high school teen with an
...
obsession with Gears and his faithful servant meet a master clock smith and her bodyguard, what could happen?
Enjoyment (6/10) - This was a nice little show.
Overall (6.4/10) - I've been planning to watch this anime for a while, and I when I finally got around to it, I was a little disappointed. Were my expectations for this show too high? Maybe. Was this show overhyped? Maybe. All in all, Clockwork Planet has an interesting take on it, and after watching, I've very curious to see how it continues. Do I want to read the Light Novel source-material? Yes, but when?
Only time will tell...
