Even though both anime look and feel different, the main idea behind the two shows are the same. In Food Wars Souma attends a cooking school (Tootsuki Culinary Academy) while Midoriya attends a school that trains heroes (UA High). Both Souma and Midoriya has untapped potential and grows steadily over the course of the series. Just like Souma's wish is to bypass his father, Midoriya wants to be the successor for All Might. Both shows have tournaments and battles and unforgettable side characters.

They both witnessed what the world has come to and want to change it for the better at ANY cost and are willing to sacrifice anything for that cause. They both work behind the shadows and are two of the biggest anime masterminds/puppet masters. A mysterious being aids them in their path to success. Their enemies are L Lawliet and Suzaku Kururugi, who wants to change the world through the "System" and condemns Light and Lelouch's ways. Both Light and Lelouch are high school students who wants to bring peace to the world but their ways are "extreme". Moreover, DN and CG, both are one of the highest rated animes in MAL.

Both animes are quite similar. While Rakka no Yuusha has 6 Braves, Nanatsu no Taizai has 7 Sins. All the braves and the sins has tattoos on their body. Moreover both the Braves and the Sins are chosen warriors fighting the Deamon Clan which has been sealed for decades.The 7 sins has members from different clans while 6 braves has members from around the continent.
