First off, i have to say i was extremely confused with the whole story in general. The details, characters and everything were so annoyingly vague it had me frustrated to no end.
And i have NO idea how this happened but even though i totally didn't get what was going on, by the end i was pretty much bawling my eyes out. Now i personally think its extremely unfair that i was so 'emotionally abused' by this 30 minute anime movie that didn't even make sense! This movie is just so beautiful...
The characters were so cute and loveable and the bond between the two is just so touching and beautiful. The animation and music/sound were both outstanding and strangely nostalgic. This movie truly captured the feelings of warm mysterious childhood summer memories with innocent love and friendship. -Spoiler alert- The only reason i didn't give this a 10/10 was because i felt the ending was not satisfying enough. It was beautiful but it left my heart broken into a billion pieces. I wished so much that they would somehow be able to be together and touch each other without him disappearing..it was ... |
