I originally intended to give this show a solid 8 rating, it was good, things were happening and thought it was going for a pretty straight forward ending, then the last two episodes happened, everything turned upside down, it became one of the best anime's I ever watched, so its a 10/10 for me.

Story: The story is quite good, nothing fancy but not underwhelming too, you have your set of characters and everything revolves around them and their quest to get all their objectives. Its very dialogue heavy and sometimes can feel like you are watching a movie given every episode's 50 minute runtime, ... but the anime manages counter this with good story telling and avoiding any loose threads.

Art: Quite unique, might not be everyone's cup of tea but all in all, very good work.

Sound: The soundtrack is a treasure to listen too, one of the best soundtracks of any anime in modern times.

Character: This is where it gets its masterpiece rating for me, the characters really spoke to me. There was a sense of progression, which at first felt slow and non existent, but it was subtly building to the point when the last two episodes happened, you could suddenly realize what just transpired and how the characters are going to act based on what you have seen so far. More than anything, the main character taught me that you can fall for someone even after seeing their faults, almost as if they were more of a contributing factor than their positive aspects, because it made the person you fall for, imperfect, yet relatable. It takes time to form any kind of genuine bond, and no matter how cold or scheming someone is, how much they have calculated their every move, they have also felt something real, something that they shared with you and made you even more fall for them.

Enjoyment: While the pacing is rather slow, it allows the story and character to breathe, take their time building off the story and execute it with near perfection. For all its character work and story, the action beats are pretty amazing too.

Overall: A masterpiece, we need more anime's like this.
