The Persona 3 games are absolutely phenomenal and through the first 3 movies I really couldn't compare it to the masterpiece which are the games however this last movie proved me wrong. It took it's time slowly on each character to show their own mentality, ideologies and development in such a good way that really reflects on the real world and the meaning of life compared to the despair of death.
Firstly, Makoto Yuuki was such a beautiful character with one of my favourite conclusions with such a bittersweet ending. His development throughout all 3 movies were amazing but this really stood out, everything about him
...
from his dynamics, themes, development, ideology, reasons just everything was so insanely good.
The side cast is also an amazing part of the films and especially in this one. As I said previously each character got alot of their own screentime and it really helped their unique and distinctive personalities stand out which helped their writing so much.
Even the antagonist was such a good character, he was simple but still very well done in his concept of death and meaning to life and especially his parallel and dynamics to Makoto.
Overall I highly recommend this movie, if you're a Persona player definitely watch this and even if you never have heard of it you would likely still enjoy it.

The greatest development of characters and cast that you'll ever see in Animanga. Land Of The Lustrous has an odd plot with the story seemingly going nowhere and feeling very random at times but this has one of the greatest stories of all time if you just keep going.
Starting with the main character Phos, he is my favourite character and best representation of identity crisis and purpose trying to find his meaning in life. His development is genuinely unmatched in all fiction that I've read and I've read alot, the way he grows throughout the series and struggles to continue makes him a top 10
...
MC for me.
The side cast is just as amazing, all of them are unique with their own struggles, quirks, ideologies and purpose each being useful for something else making their existence each unique and their character interesting and amazing to read. Especially some of the characters such as Diamond, Adamant and Cinnabar are easily my favourites.
Next for the antagonists, in this series the antagonists are very unique and are done in a way no other series I've read have done it so I cant really leave a comment about it unless I want to spoil some amazing parts.
Finally for the conclusion of Land Of The Lustrous it is my top 3 conclusions of fiction, finishing this series made me stare at my wall for a solid 10 minutes reflection on the perfection I just read and the journey of the story. The only conclusions I have above this are ORV and LOTM which are both perfect as well.
It's really hard to describe why I love this series so much, while I do have some bias as I can relate and love Phos and the characters the writing of this manga is top tier and unmatched. Give this a read and finish it please as it can change your life.

Legend of the Galactic Heroes is the most subjective anime you'll ever find due to it's very unique story, making you either love it or hate it.
The best parts of this series are it's politics, war and realism. For politics this is the only anime to go into so much depth and I absolutely loved it, I never know why aniems don't do this even animes with politics in them such as One Piece never go in depth and only hint at it but LOGH does it so insanely well it's amazing and comparable to real life. For war again LOGH does it perfectly with
...
the use of strategies, moral, command, corruption and more the only bad thing about it is in season 3 and 4 there was alot of plot armour making the admirals make dumb decisions for the sake of plot. Finally realism it is the most realistic anime and the themes and messages of it can be used in real life.
For the bad parts I would say the dialogue, pacing and characters. Anime is a visual media but LOGH is pure dialogue and conversation making it boring for most and forces you to focus on each sentence as it contributes to the plot more than the scenes. Second are characters, this is and since some are absolutely amazing and are my favourites while some are lack luster and don't live up to expectations. Finally pacing, it was horrible no way to say it, not only is LOGH a long series the pacing makes it so much worse and at some point each episode becomes 27 minutes and more.
Another thing is the conclusion, I feel like most won't like it but it was perfect for a series like this, not too over the top and real making it a bitter sweet ending.
In conclusion most people won't like this type of anime that only focuses on writing, if you want a good story you'll probably think it's 8-9 but for people who only watch shonen and entertainment it'd be a 4.

Comedy is the most subjective genre so to pull fans in you have to do something unique or different like Kaguya-Sama or The Greatest Estate Developer however Grand Blue just doesn't do it.
In general Grand Blue is good but that's it, don't get me wrong it is definitely funny but after a bit it just feels repetitive and overused alot like how I feel with Shonen animes with their constant and boring fight scenes.
There's not much to this review it's pretty simple, Grand Blue is a good comedy but doesn't do anything too extra and will get boring, of course this is subjective but
...
I feel like unless you really love the comedy genre you'll get bored of this manga.

An absolutely amazing sequel is what Tokyo Ghoul Re is, it does extremely well in many aspects however does lack in some aswell.
Pros : Almost all the characters are amazing with few exceptions and especially the main cast from the ghouls and investigators are all great. The artwork of this manga is one of the best I've seen with only few surpassing it such as OPM but it does come close. The story arcs are all well planned out and flow extremely well making them all good. A surprising thing was plot twists, while they weren't unpredictable and I knew most of them before the
...
reveal it didn't make them bad and was still very well done.
Cons : First the conclusion, the author had to wrap it up somehow and I found it mediocre, without spoiling it feels like he had to tie up all loose ends and mysteries making it feel a bit rushed, random and odd but it wasn't bad. Deaths, I swear the author refuses to kill anyone of value it's pretty predictable who'll die and who won't and it does annoy me as this is supposed to be a cruel world but the main cast just always gets lucky or extremely close to death. Pacing, to be honest I found the pacing bad it was slow in some parts but then others was so fast it was annoying to keep up, they would introduce tens of characters in a few chapters and immediatley change the topic and scenario.
I didn't really explain my opinion well so to conclude Tokyo Ghoul Re is extremely good and I would recommend it but I do know better mangas so it doesn't break into my top 5

If you told me that this random series that I've barely heard of turns out to be one of the greatest mangas of all time, I would think you're crazy but it was. Pandora Hearts was a near perfect manga in literally every category and it pains me to see how underrated and unknown it is.
Characters : The first 20 chapters or so the characters do feel somewhat bland and not too creative, unique or special but this is completely changed later on. When I say literally every character is goated and written to perfection I'm not joking, every person from the antagonists, the main
...
cast, side cast and some with barely any screen time are all amazing. Another thing this series does insanely well are character deaths each are so beautifully done it genuinely hurt seeing them die. I don't want to spoil but you'll see when you read it
Arcs : Honestly pretty consistent throughtout the story, each arc is good and while some are paced slowly I don't have any problems with them
Emotions : Not only the character deaths but the story is so magnificent, the characters feelings come alive and feels like I'm there with them through suffering and the hard times easily one of the best parts of this manga
Antagonists : One of the best casts of antagonists I've seen, all of them feel so well done and especially the main one had a perfect conclusion
I really can't express how much Pandora Hearts surpassed my expectations and I guarantee it will yours aswell.

A beautiful and compelling story of bullying, trauma, forgiveness and acceptance. Silent voice duid all of this perfectly with only 2 hours of run time which makes it such a masterpiece.
The MC and FMC are both done so well with their past of being a bully vs the bullied and eventually when they reunite how they slowly get to know and learn each other. Shoya changes so much throughtout the story which we can see through the use of his flashbacks and his actions with the side cast, honestly he's just perfect and one of my favourite characters especially in the romance genre.
The side cast
...
is also amazing, while not perfect the movie with only a 2 hours manages to create a solid cast of characters that all feel alive and have their own personality thats not basic especially the ones that used to bully along with Shoya and to see their change and actions throughout the story really paints the picture of development and acceptance of the past especially with Shoya and Ueno.
Really there's not much I can say about this movie, it is so well done in every aspect and easily one of the best romance animes and anime movies ever. If you like realistic animes that have to do with real life problems and mental issues this is one of the best.

The most confusing watching experience you'll ever have. The Evangelion movie was a very carefully planned out movie but the main area it lacks in is it's explanation of the story.
Overall the story, depth and message are really good and even the characters are interesting in this path of Evangelion however this is only if you can understand it while watching.
Since the review is strictly on the movie I have to give it a bad rating, the movie doesn't explain basically anything going on and just expects you to follow the many random and odd events. If you went and searched up everything on
...
google later you'd realize that the movie was actually good and well made but google shouldn't have to be used to understand it and the movie itself should be explaining what, how or why all this is happening. All the hardcore Evangelion fans are going to come after me for this but I had full focus on the movie and anime but they simply never explain anything at all which ruins the entire experience.
Overall the movie had potential to be amazing but since it requires you to search up everything it just ruins it all and makes everything feel random especially near the end.

The most action packed manhwa you'll find is Solo Leveling in a nutshell. While it may be extremely entertaining and if that's what you're looking for this manhwa is perfect but aside from that it lacks in every category and is extremely poorly written.
I'll start with the pros, Solo Leveling was one of the first manhwas to do dungeons, necromancer and system this well and it also had good entertaining fights against the many many generic antagonists. The artwork is extremely well done and only adds more to the insane fight scenes.
Now for the cons, first Sung Jin-woo is one of the worst protagonists I've
...
ever seen and it hurts since he had so much potential. He started as this weakling who's looked down by everyone and struggled to survive for strength but as the series continues nothing else happens he basically stays the same being emotionless, edgy and has no motivation or ideals besides the class shonen generic tropes. He had his moments but aside from 1 or 2 good scenes his development is insanely bad and overall is a weak MC.
Next the side cast, while the story is revolved around the MC it makes sense that the side cast isn't focused on and I understand that but what annoys me is how every arc is the exact same, new cast, new dungeon, new generic enemy etc. As soon as the arc ends we never see the characters again even if they are semi important such as the world class hunters, the demoness in the 100 floor dungeon etc.
Finally the plot, honestly it actually isn't that bad, it's decently made for a dungeon manhwa and is surprisingly better than what I expected.
Overall if you want pure entertainment, fights and to turn your brain off while reading Solo Leveling is perfect but if you want anything that makes a story and it's characters good you will be extremely disapointed.

Re : Zero is in it's own category of perfection, it is actually insane how good the author is at writing, this story has everything you need from a perfect protagonist, an amazing sidecast, beautiful and heart wrenching emotions, phenomenal arcs and so much more.
Protagonist : Subaru the most realistic and alive character you'll see in fiction, he's a person with mental issues, inferiority complex, inner conflicts, depression and alturistic. Throughtout the story his development is actually unmatched, I can feel him grow as a person and see him become a better man that it actually makes me feel like he's alive. It's genuinely difficult
...
to write how great of a MC he is and I've read and watched so much animanga but still barely any come close to him and he even makes me want to change how I am as a person.
Side cast : The Re : Zero cast is actually very solid, the main cast is very good and I can't find any issues with them. The side cast is also great while they don't all have equal screen time making it hard to each get their own character the author still manages to make every character well even the ones with barely relevance to the plot are well made.
Plot : The greatest time travelling and Isekai anime, Re : zero's plot is extremely unique from generic japanese fiction and it makes the story extremely interesting as it's a unique experience from all the bad and trashy animanga out there.
Entertainment : A subjective category but I think it's extremely fun, while it's not a shonen so most people won't enjoy it if you can appreciate good writing and a good story this is by far one of the most fun watching experiences you'll have
Arcs/Consistency : Every arc of Re : Zero is amazing, I thought it would be repetitive with a new conflict, Subaru suffering and then winning it isn't like that at all and every arc feels difference and unique and each done perfectly.
It is genuinely life changing and so insanely good it's one of my favourite pieces of fiction of all time not just animanga. I really do recommend this to you as it is amazing in every way.
