I feel like attack on titan is a shounen take on Parasyte, or vice-versa, so if you'd like to see a more seinen approach to a monster/ action/ thriller series, then Parasyte is a must watch. They both tackle the core concept of, "what makes someone a monster" and if you enjoy that psychological aspect of attack on titan, and how that moves Erens character and shapes his development, I can garantee that you will like Parasyte, as this concept is the key theme used to show how most of the characters develop in parasyte.

Bungo Stray Dogs and Darker than black share similar crime/ mystery/ superpower genres, with BSD also being more comedic, also having somewhat loose plot structure, however getting more plot heavy as the series progresses (season 2 in BSD). They also share some darker themes and than your average superpower series, using the powers to move the plot rather than as a main theme of the series. The only negative difference is that I don't think Atsushi is as interesting as Hei as a main character, however the support characters in BSD are pretty good so it doesn't really effect the series.

If you loved the campy nature of characters such as Hisoka, then JoJo’s is a must watch. The protagonists of the JoJo’s story are various members of the Joestar bloodline, with each more outlandish than the last, sporting eccentric designs and wildly varying personalities, and although the over-the-top-ness of it all might seem weird at first, after a few episodes it can become hard not to be sucked in by. Specifically, from the second season of JoJo’s onwards, the characters begin to sport a wide array of seemingly random powers, in the form of stands, which although might seem somewhat useless at times, when used under the right conditions can become lethal, I see this as much the same as how different characters nen abilities are used in HxH, as often smarts and certain requirements are used over brute strength to win fights, which I believe creates a lot more tension in doing so.

If you didn’t like SAO, then KonoSuba is for you, and if you did, then KonoSuba is for you. For those who didn’t like SAO: KonoSuba pulls apart and takes the piss out of all the tropes of the isekai genre, which shows such as SAO started, by taking a light-hearted, comedic tone and never taking itself seriously, and in doing so becoming the best isekai anime. And for those who liked SAO: Kazuma, our lovable protagonist, continues to sport his harem much the same as our favourite edgelord kirito did, has his fair share of ‘overpowered’ abilities and takes place in an MMORPG-like world.

Although the plot and characters in TTGL are amazing, I feel the main reason many people love it so much is due to how much fun the show is to watch, and if anything can replicate how much fun watching spiral powered mechs combine is, it’s illegal space racing. Don't be turned away from Redline due it being about racing, to call the things they drive 'cars' is a vast understatement, and are as close to normal race cars as the Gurren is to an average mech. Both are over the top awesomeness incarnate and stay at full throttle the whole way through, with Redlines amazing animation showcasing this brilliantly.
