In comparison of the anime and video game, this manga isn’t as great, mainly due to its shortness. It touches on a more innocent side of Lain Iwakura, one that knows less of what’s happening, or at least seems to. The plot is much like the others in terms of feeling and understanding.
I wouldn’t suggest reading this till the show has been watched. The show is like a carnival with clowns, while this is the clowns going back into the small car and driving off instead of just leaving the stage. Hopefully that makes sense. It’s nice but not needed. Overall tho it really is
