"I Got a Cheat Skill in Another World and Became Unrivaled in The Real World, Too" is an isekai, romance and slice of life anime. And it's not exactly the kind of isekai you would expect, as it does have an interesting twist to the isekai trope, which allows the main character to switch between his world and the other world. Despite that, it does show a lack of progression and development in the third episode, especially as it is being supported by the use of generic elements of a harem isekai. However, one could argue that the third episode was only to show the
...
effects of this twist, contrasting the current events to the previous ones shown in the first and second episode. Nonetheless, more episodes are required for further evaluation, as a better score could be acquired if the plot progresses and expands, and if it does not become a generic harem isekai.
The main character is insecure and doesn't always react in a way, which is regarded as manly, which may frustrate some people. Only three episodes are out as of now, and therefore we can't expect great changes in terms of character development. Though, I would argue there is some more character development in the third episode, and am hoping to see more. In addition, some people might get frustrated by how he thinks very lowly of himself, which hasn't improved much by the third episode.
The animation quality is very good, even though the use of mediocre CGI might sometimes be distracting. For the most part however, the animation quality is more than acceptable, even with the use of poor CGI. Howbeit, the animation can also be considered be quite lacking, as although the illustrations are stunning, there is an absence of movement in certain parts of the anime. Moreover, the voice acting is great and fitting and the music, although not noteworthy apart from the opening theme, is acceptable.
To conclude, even if the third episode might be more of a letdown to some, especially as they did not take much advantage of with the ending scene in the second episode, this anime has great potential. I didn't read the light novel, so I'm unaware of what might happen further in the story, but since there are already hints given in the story to character development, it is likely to take place. And even if it doesn't, the twist to the plot may interest some, so give it a watch if it does interest you.
Edit: Nope, it's just another trashy isekai LOL

Suzume no Tojimari seems like it is attempting to create something extraordinary or abstract, however doesn't succeed in doing so, creating no real meaning or significance at the beginning. It feels as if the movie does things, and doesn't explain it making it seem cringeworthy. However, later in the story, if you start connecting with the characters, through the funny interactions, their adventure, the flashbacks, and its desperate attempt to creating empathy with those characters, and as it starts explaining some reasons for their actions, it is likely that it starts creating significance and an emotional rollercoaster will be forged.
Even though some people might call
...
this movie cliché, because of the characters, others will find the characters easily empathizable, as they would come across as someone who has shared experiences. The significance of other personal experiences may also interact with the enjoyment of this movie, especially because the movie does seem to be decently reliant on exterior experiences for emotional response. Nevertheless, I don't think it's required to empathize with the characters to enjoy the movie either, which leads to my next point.
The animation quality is extraordinary. It may be, that the animation quality will appear as even more magnificent if watched on a high-resolution movie screen, which I personally did, but it's difficult to deny such high-quality animation. The animation was without question the movie's biggest strength point and it was only supported by the amount of spectacle that happened in this movie.
There was so much spectacle that happened in this movie. One happened after another, though a lot of it felt without significance, which spectacle should have, as it felt it sometimes didn't provide reason. However, much of what happens in the movie is in reference to Uzume mythology and its inspiration was taken from the 7/11 earthquake. So that may explain some of the reasons behind the actions within the movie. However, it may be that we can also infer a message from the unreasonable actions and the ending, which I will not explicitly state as that may ruin the user experience, but this may be the solution to all the unreasonable actions.
Lastly, the romance in this movie seems like the weakest part of the movie. Not that it really is a romance movie, but Makoto Shinkai's movies always had something that connected two people to forge a love interest. This time however, it felt like what Makoto Shinkai had succeeded in in so many of his movies, hadn't succeeded in this movie. The movie does not seem to build up much reason for the deep care and love in the story. But maybe it also is trying to allude to how sometimes romance doesn't require much for it to be established.
To conclude, I feel like it is hard to recommend this movie to specific groups of people, and instead wish to not recommend it to people that are only interested in a deep romance story, which it does not contain. Though, I feel like this movie is definitely worth a watch, and even if it didn't succeed significantly in romance or reasoning, it is entertaining nonetheless; the animation is superb, the sound quality is great, the music is great, it has touching moments, and it has funny moments. So if you do give it a watch, I would highly recommend you watching it in the cinemas on a big screen, because it really does have a great impact on the enjoyment of the movie, as it would be such a shame not to when its animation quality is top tier.

Short Review & Recommendation, Hyouken no Majutusushi ga Sekai wo Suberu.
To begin with, the animation is definitely substandard, so it is up to you to decide whether you are able to accept it or not depending on other factors.
Furthermore, it is possible, that you may enjoy the later episodes more than the earlier ones, which was true in my case. I started to enjoy it after around half the episodes, because some suggested, that the later episodes would be superior the earlier episodes. Though, I wouldn't expect a masterpiece, and it is still a rather generic fantasy harem anime.
One thing I've realized, is that many
...
people enjoy this anime more, because the characters aren't overreacting to compromising situations, though it is somewhat explained to why he acts that way. This may be a plus for some, or a minus for others, that enjoy this guilty pleasure.
It is also important to note, that the main character is overpowered, so this may be a turn-off for some, however, like many other animes in this genre, it still creates suspense such as using the main character by restricting the main character's powers, by increasing the strength of the opponents or by taking advantage of the uncertainty of strength of the opponents. Though, the suspense clearly wasn't sufficient, as more effective measures weren't taken into account.
The most enjoyable part of the anime, is probably the characters, as it seems like the writer didn't focus on the plot as much, but rather focused on the characters. Character development and empathy towards the characters are both established in the story. This was greatly assisted by the use of funny introductions into episodes or other "goofy" parts in the anime, that would resemble those of the slice of life comedy genre.
In conclusion, I recommend this anime to those who enjoy the fantasy harem genre, are willing to sit through a few episodes, which could be deemed boring by some and wouldn't mind a substandard animation. What made me enjoy the show more in the later episodes, was that I had established empathy with those characters, which I think the show was able to pull off relatively well, even if only with a few. However, even if it does accomplish that, it is still a rather generic fantasy anime, so make sure you are prepared for that if you do decide to give it a try.
