Yeah i can see your pov. Besides, i feel like the manga is usually faster than the anime for example chainsaw man was way faster than the anime (it was my first manga cause i really loved the anime lol)
And thank you !! :3

Im planning on reading it first since i only read mangas that are really worth reading them like chainsaw man death note and nana
Have you read any of them?
Hey long time no talk, how are you doing? Hope you got better from your flu (even tho almost a month passed lol)
In the mean time I arrived at the 4th season of Gintama and still loving it just like before, banger arcs and comedy. What about your journey with the series? I would like to know if your opinion on it changed and about the episodes that you liked that I couldn't know before since they were spoiler :D
Also I noticed that you also started Chainsawman, how are you liking so far? I read the manga time ago and loved it, hope you're enjoying it as much as I am :D
I took sometime off to finish the 1st season of Gintama to check if I would find some new favourite episodes and so... sorry for the late reply :D
I know I'm probably missing something but here are some of my favourite episodes so far:
61: Disclaimer, I've watched the movie for the Benizakura Arc, but, if I had to choose, the last part has to be the best one for me. It has the conclusion of the fight between Gintoki and Nizou with some great animations, many epic speeches like the Zura one, the conclusion of the Tetsuko story and more screen time to the newly introduced characters, adding many questions to answer. One of the best arc so far for me.
87: Finally an episode focused on Hijikata and Okita, their backstory and relationship, from this moment I started respecting more both of their character. Other than that great plot with it's conclusion, the animation that is always on point and Kondo strangely being respectable and badass moments fulfilled at the end with sadness D:
142: Probably my favourite episode so far. I loved watching the Yato side of Kagura after seeing Shinpachi getting smashed by Abuto, their fight with all the emotions during it involving the relationships between the characters, the great directory with the usual great animation. This episode is a one way ride of amaziness.
Honorable mention:
111 and 189: About the Kagura part even if they are not major plot relevant I really enjoyed watching the kind part of some the characters, without having deep plot I found these short stories really pure and wholesome to watch.
25: Oh boy what an episode xD we are at the start of Gintama and only a few character are introduced but is still one of, if not the funniest episode that made me laugh the most. I loved the humor, the crazy animations and the interaction between the characters. Big funny
188: For being a non-relevant episode this is god tier, the story telling is amazing and the plot also. There wasn't a single part where I was bored and really liked that it was focused on Hasegawa, being probably his best episode for now.
That's all without mentioning all the other funny episodes that there are, can't wait to continue this great show, I'm sure this list can only get longer and better :D
I can agree with what you said about FromSoftware, I think there are only a few director that compare to Miyazaki and at the same satisfactory level when completed since usually some of these bosses are really hard to beat
Also noticed that you completed the 2nd and 3rd season of Gintama, tell me if it has improved even more and hope you keep enjoying the rest as much since the 4th season from what I heard is widely praised as the best one.
Having almost finished the 1st season now I can understand what you meant before, it's incredible how Gintama can mantain it's comedy factor while being a long-term anime and staying consistent with it! Not to mention those arcs/episodes that switch from being dumb and hilarious to making you feel sad for a newly introduced character that probably won't be mentioned ever again on the show :D
Btw what do you think about Nier:Automata? It's even getting an anime adaptation for next winter
Great games, you played other FromSoftware games? I personally really liked Bloodborne it gives an immaculate vibe that I love and still have to play Elden Ring
I only played Fallout 4 and enjoyed it quite a lot, I was considering buying New Vegas, you think it's still worth buying nowadays?
Also how are you enjoying Gintama so far I'm quite behind you but I would like to know the thoughts of somebody who is ahead of me
