...then you might like Overlord add

Both main characters who are seemingly the best at the video game that they play, then unwillingly become part of that game as it becomes a reality. Both anime have action and were produced by Madhouse. Both have a love interest that they met in-game before it became reality and meet them again in their new reality, difference being in "Btooom!" the interest is a human while in "Overlord" the interest used to be an NPC before the world changed.

If you liked Kore wa Zombie desu ka? add

...then you might like Monster Musume no Iru Nichijou add

Main Characters from both series are voiced by Majima Junji and play the role as "caretaker" for a group of girls who aren't human. Both have Comedy and Ecchi elements (although MonMusu focuses more on Ecchi than Kore wa). Both are fun to watch.

...then you might like Tokyo ESP add

Both anime feature people with "supernatural" powers fighting against normal people and others with "supernatural" powers. One group cares for and protects humanity while the other group cares nothing for human life and only wishes to strengthen their own power. In "Tokyo ESP" the supernatural powers are described as being ESP while in "X-Men" the powers are described as "Mutations". Both also take place in real places.

...then you might like Black Bullet add

Both series feature a supposedly weak Male character with a troubled past, and a supernaturally strong non-human loli girl who is infatuated with said male lead. A key difference is that in "Machine Doll" they are typically fighting against other pairs, whilst in "Black Bullet" they are fighting parasitic monsters known as "Gastrea". Both also take place in alternate worlds.

If you liked Zero no Tsukaima add

...then you might like Seikoku no Dragonar add

Bit of a role reversal, but a "problem student" with no talent ends up summoning a human familiar or "parr" who is unique among everyone else. You can tell a relationship will be formed between the two and many other girls will fall for the main character as well.
