Both manga being about a story of reincarnations and the succession of the will and spirit of generations of reincarnations. Both stories have elements of the past of modern day era being the settings. Spirit Circle has its focus on the protagonist, Fuuta Okeya, in the modern day era, having him reminisce about his past lives, understanding and preventing the villain's schemes, while 339 follows the succession of Haro, as the corruption of the official is slowly uncovered through each generation. While the setting and the plot of both of the manga is similar, after reading them, they do give off different vibes, but both is worth a read.
