If you loved the dynamic of Takina and Chisato in Lycoris Recoil, that's not the only show where 2 unlikely girls become best friends. Both Lycoris Recoil and Kill Me Baby have 2 main characters and both pairs happen to be a no-nonsense high school assassin and the goofy yet lovable girl who befriends her and tries to convince her that killing is not the way to go. If you're not seeing the similarities yet, then I would definitely give both shows a watch, I bet you'll be pleasantly surprised. Now of course, Kill Me Baby and Lycoris Recoil are two different shows, the former being exclusively a comedy and the latter being a more dramatic show, so definitely don't hop from one to the other expecting a perfectly comfortable transition. It's not what you're gonna find. I just wanted to highlight the parallels between the two pairs of girls and their friendship, which I found in both cases to be quite beautiful. So in short, if you resonated in any way with Chisato's antics and Takina's reactions in Lycoris Recoil, as funny and endearing as they were, then I must recommend Kill Me Baby because I'm sure you will find the relationship between Yasuna and Sonya to be similarly enjoyable.
