Yea so tomboy wife and boymoding gf, yea this OVA goes hard.

Wish this series got a second season, watching this OVA has me wishing for more since the main couple that the first season focused on was pretty bland for my liking. If I wanted socially inept guy and outgoing girl couple I'd just reread 'You and I are Polar Opposites', shade thrown, shots fired.

Stories included in this series were really cute, I'm definitely satisfied with what there is in content, just not super familiar with the romance anime genre, and I've yet to really find much that is familiar to this series. Wotakoi ... is the right level of wholesome and mushy, that is to say not really mushy whatsoever, but still with enough substance to not feel like a waste of time.

Maybe romances with characters primarily in their late 20s/early 30s is the answer, or at least when they're written by writers who are familiar with that sort of business!
