Both have a similar mellow feeling to it. Both are about school and teenage life. Both have very similar nice and calming music. Both have cats in the show :3 I think that if you like one you'll certainly like the other.

If you liked Okane ga Nai add

...then you might like Tight-rope add

Both of them have to deal with gang and violence, also they are both yaoi but I think Tight rope is much less intense than Okane ga Nai. Also in my opinion Tight-Rope has much better Art.

If you liked Sekaiichi Hatsukoi add

...then you might like Tight-rope add

Both of them have comdey and yaoi in it. So if you like Sekaiichi Hatsukoi you'll probably like Tight-rope and vise-versa.

If you liked Working!! add

...then you might like Tonari no Kaibutsu-kun add

Both of them are simialar in there comedy. Not in the story line, but both of the comedies have the same feel to them. Both leave you laughing, if you like Tonari no Kaibutsu-kun you'll probably like Working!! and vise-versa. Also the two character that I think resemble each other are Satou and Kenji both blonde/ same mellow darkish personality.

If you liked Fruits Basket add

...then you might like Hotarubi no Mori e add

There are some similarites between the two. Hotarubi No Mori e also deals with supernaturall subjects. (Spirits and stuff) But mostly because both of them deal with touching. In Hotarubi no Mori e if you touch Gin the spirit he'll disappear. In fruits basket if you hug they turn into one of the Chinese Zodiac animals. And it may be just me but Yuki and Gin seem a bit alike with there coloring and calmness.
