It is rare for me to write reviews but I think I have to since I like this isekai and think it is better than many others.
Until the seventh episode it flows decently even though there is no shortage of changes to scenes and combat, not perfect but at least it makes sense, however from there on they deviated too much from the novel.
From here on changed story, scenes that make very little sense until we get to an ugly and trite ending with pathetic "twists"
I am not saying that the novel is an assoulute masterpiece but it is certainly more consistent making this isekai
