I'm going to try and keep this super short for y'all but I'm going to rant about how much I abhor her.First of all, the title of this anime is completely misleading and inaccurate. This anime was painful and INFURIATING to watch. Guy likes girl and keeps single-mindedly chases after her and damn near treating her like princess for years only to get rejected every time. When the dude finally gives up and starts improving for the better and leaves her alone and starts to develop other connections for possible interests. getting the princess treatment comes crawling back looking for him and tries to regain his interest. I loathe to call her this but the "main girl" can't stand see the person who fawned over her, finally move on. Like she rejected him FOR LITERAL YEARS, and he eventually moves on, and she like "Why isn't he paying attention to me anymore and is paying attention to other people/girls?" LIKE WHAT DID YOU EXPECT??? HELLO?? You can hardly even call/classify her as a tsundere, because of how blatant she just wants his attention on her if you look even 1-2 layers beneath the surface of the cute, light-heated atmosphere of this. not to mention there NOTHING dere about her aside from her looks, which if you ask me, is like my least favorite out of all of them in terms of looks when comparing the other female characters in this show. In no particular order, the Disciplinary committee senpai, the shy girl committee girl, the shy coworker girl, the mature middle-school girl, the sister, and the tomboyish best friend are ALL better then her. Hell even the extra committee girl that shows up briefly is, while I'll admit she not better looking, she pretty darn close in my books, and yes I'm bias AF.
I actually like the MC after he starts leaving her alone and starts to develop relationships with other characters and is trying to improve (literal only reason why I give it a 2 instead of a 1). If you pay attention to some of her reactions and facial expressions to certain things the MC says or does when he tries to hide something or brings up other girls , you can start to see it how absolutely infuriating she is to watch. She even at one point barged into a family talk when MC was talking to his sister and basically tried to force her views on how they should be talking to each other because she thought, or more accurately she didn't like, how they were speaking to each other, despite it being relatively normal for the siblings to speak to each other the way they were.
TLDRL: Despite this anime having a cute, light-hearted, and bubbly atmosphere, its just trying to hide the fact that the main girl is actually the worst kind of person. She's a manipulative B**** that wants attention and to be fawned over by MC after she rejected him for YEARS and tries to hide it by acting cute and innocent. When he moves on, she comes back trying to get him obsessed with her all over again.
I'm only finishing because I'm the kinda person to finish a show if I started it but I dread watching every episode and watching how she's gonna try to emotionally manipulate him this time.
