I think this is a worthy first part for the ending of Haikyuu.
I have heard many complains about the pacing but in my opinion,
it's quite the opposite.
I think the pacing was perfect. Exactly how fast paced sport animes should.
It still had flashbacks, who were most of the time recaps we already knew but the pacing itself was fantastic.

Well, this was something...
I anticipated this cross-over but could already feel that it was not going to be very good. It was doomed from the get-go as they would have to please Kengan fans as well as Baki fans. This is not doable, as Baki characters are way more powerful than Kengan characters. While most Kengan characters are slightly above Peak Human (wall level) most Baki characters are more around Mountain Level. Story: 1 The story was actually awful, trying to fit in this mess and make it a sensible competition would be hard enough. But they tried, and failed, to combine the universes and act like the characters ...
