Both are decent survival horror sci-fi anime with plenty of body horror, violence, and boobage. Both MCs are lil bitches

Black hair + White hair duo Futuristic, mystery Shounen-ai, No.6 has a canon couple, Karneval is just really fruity Generally just similar vibes, though No.6 is way more grim

If you liked Uzumaki add

...then you might like Gyo: Ugomeku Bukimi add

Made me want to vomit in the best way possible.

If you liked Kore wa Zombie desu ka? add

...then you might like Maji de Watashi ni Koi Shinasai! add

Seraphim and Momoyo are like the same person. Both shows have the same feel, which may be just because they're both comedy harems. For harems, both shows have fairly memorable women. I'd reccomend Kore wa Zombie Desu ka if you liked Majikoi and want something similar but more zany.

If you liked Puchi Pri*Yucie add

...then you might like Princess Tutu add

Similar atmosphere and themes. Art styles are similar, protagonists are too. Yucie is definitely lighter in tone, but towards the end of the series the show gets very emotional. If you like one you'll like the other, they're personally some of the best mahou shoujo.
