= both have a main cast of assassins plus one "normal" person that has been drawn into the mess. = both aren't afraid of making you care for characters before killing them off (or at least removing them from the running)

= both have a classroom cast of kid assassins = both make you care about the assassins as well as their target

If you liked Kono Subarashii Sekai ni Shukufuku wo! add

...then you might like Overlord II add

= both are great examples of the Isekai genre + in both cases, a fair chunk of the MC has a fair chunk of troubles come from his allies (more exaggerated in KonoSuba than Overlord) !(YMMV) it can be argued they both have a comedic tone (Overlord is more of action than a comedy though)
