"I want a family."
The Elder Sister Like One is many things. Charming, perverse, touching, eerie, sometimes lovely and other times disturbing.
Most of the manga involves bonding between the two main characters, with dark tales hinted at from frame to frame. All conveyed with a few words, those stories remain for you, the reader, to discover.
It is a rather interesting take at story telling, though many will be put off by the large amount of ecchi. Or maybe that will lure them to read it.

ability to set and change the mood at any moment.
The characters are a joy to see them interact. Chiyo's character has more to her than meets the eye, and is certainly the one I like the most. She has some perverse tendancies, however...
There are two ways to look at the ecchi in here.
Shameless fanservice, or the attempts of affection of a being who cannot comprehend humans, resulting in unnerving scenario tainted with bittersweetness.
The Elder Sister Like One is a manga that is what you make of it, but without a doubt is a highly enjoyable piece of art.
