Yuru Yuri
add

If you like the slice of life comedy + yuri combination, you will like both of them. The setting is different though (Yuru Yuri has a tipical school setting, while Kanamemo is more focused on the life outside school - precisely at work), but the feel is definitely the same with a bunch of cute girls (mostly lesbians, of course) living their normal lifes filled with comedy, jokes and... well, yuri.

Sengoku Otome: Momoiro Paradox
add

Both have gender swapped historical figures (in Sengoku Otome they're from the Sengoku Era, while in Koihime Musou they're from the chinese Romance of the Three Kingdoms), an almost all female cast with some random yuri and a bit of ecchi/comedy. Sengoku Otome has more plot though, while Koihime Musou is more like a slice of life than anything.

Mahou Shoujo Lyrical Nanoha

Mahou Shoujo Madoka★Magica
add

Both are out of the ordinary magical girls shows targeted at a mature audience with similar protagonists who share a similar relationship. They both also have a cute design who can fool the viewer on their true nature. Madoka is much more dark and psychedelic than Nanoha, though.

Tantei Opera Milky Holmes

Softenni
add

Softenni and Milky Holmes are more alike than what it seems. Yes, the first is about a club of soft tennis when the latter is about a bunch of detective girls, but the feel is definitely the same: they both share a cast of cute and stupid girls, with slapstick humor and crazyness everywhere.

If you liked
K-On!

...then you might like
Kanamemo
add

Kanamemo is, shortly, a yuri version of K-ON!, minus the music. In K-ON! the girls are in a music club, while in Kanamemo they work in a newspapers delivery office. Both the protagonists (Yui and Kana) are voiced by Aki Toyosaki, and are surrounded by female friends who support them. However, like I said before, Kanamemo has yuri: in fact, there is a side canon lesbian couple, a perverted woman who likes loli and a girl who is in love with the protagonist. There is no romance though, so even if you don't like yuri much but you like shows like K-ON! you may enjoy Kanamemo as well, because the feel is the same. They are both slice of life with girls doing... nothing special, but they're entertaining in their own way.
