I feel that this story started out promising all things considered. It's the same troupe as the other stories of I was brought into the world of a character I play/read about that was a villain/unlikable character and I am going to turn that around. He wants to be lazy and build a life that he can escape to and do nothing. And not to explain the plot the story basically goes around gets him to act outside of his comfort zones. Which is where the problems begin. The plot it's self starts to get very stale and boring. As you don't care for plot ... choice because of this lack luster motivation and villains. Many of the mainish side characters seem one dimensional and you feel a reason to care for them, adding up later on in the story. But honestly the story lacks any real tension, fights scene, and or romance to make up for any of the plots short falls.

This problem is especially sad since the author shows they are good at writing cool and engaging world development. Not to spoil anything, but the author will be like there is a very cool and complex problem happening in that kingdom over there. Where to different ideology are going to fight for dominance, but we don't care and will be ignoring all of that and or send some of your strongest side characters to deal with it off screen. Honestly this story is just one really be rug pull after another and it just continues to get worse as I read on. So because of that save your emotions and time for something that will not just continue to let you down.

5- Barely watchable, kept my interest and that's about it
