First if all, I started very biased on this anime. I am not a fan of shounen-ai and when I started this series I didn’t know it was shounen-ai. However I found this to be a very good anime having finished it in one day.

Story: The overall story was not very realistic. It was very open of gay relationships and you don’t find that in today’s world. But I think that made it unique and a very good watch.

Art: The art was interesting. Not bad not good. It by no means took away from the watching experience. I thought it was fair giving it a ... 6 on a scale. Some of it was good and some was bad.

Sound: Being that this was also a music themed anime, I thought this was an important aspect and was not disappointed. It met my expectations very well. All the songs sung during the anime were spectacular. At first, I didn’t enjoy the OP but eventually found it to my liking as I watched it more. The sound in this case was well done. Of course better is out there but it was well enough.

Character: I LOVED the characters on this show. The uke perspective was well done as well as the seme. I mainly loved that most characters were not how they seemed. You frequently find your self, mouth wide open, looking at the screen in awe. It’s a very well played cast. Many of them had hidden aspects that really drew you into the story.

Enjoyment: I gave this a ten, it was well done. One of those things you find yourself making comments on and just really getting into. I myself very much enjoyed this anime. So even if you don’t like shounen-ai I think you should give this anime a try. The shounen-ai concept is not to deeply played. Sure there are cute moments here and there but it doesn’t go to into detail.

First of all i'd like to say i loved this anime.

It was so heart warming. It had me crying and jumping for joy. This is one of those anime that you can easily and quickly get emotionally attached to. Which is sometimes a bad thing but in this case it was good. I enjoyed this anime very much. Of course watching this will get you to watch Clannad After story as well.

Story: 10, the whole basis took me a while to understand but in the end it all came together with a nice ending explaining it all. I thought it was nice to wonder through ... the whole thing. Some may or may not like the ending its diffrent for everyone but i really like it and was overjoyed to the point of tears. The whole plot was layed out beautifully and went along smoothly.

Art: 9, the charecter design was not to much and not to little. I found it very nice. I think that it was nice to see and that they all looked very well designed. Easily some of the best art i've seen though.

Sound: 10, I enjoyed every song in this show especially the ED. Dango Daikazoku. It was used for happy and sad moments but it always seemed to make you cry. I strongly reccommend listing to the ED if you plan on watching this anime atleast one or twice. It will make the experince a whole lot better when it comes to sound in my opinion. Just so you know what the song is capable of. The OP was okay as well. One of my favorite songs played during some occasional moments as well like during the end of Fuu-chan's story. It acts as the OP for Clannad After Story in the Future. A beautiful song.

Character: 10, each character was beautiful inside and out. They were all very individual and all had there flaws. The main characters are both very rich in traits and both make this show Clannad. They had there goods and unfortunatly there bads. Which is good, because sometimes anime characters are just all good.

Enjoyment: 10, i very much enjoyed this. It was so rich in emotion and it was just a really good show. I can't say more. Thats really all there is to it. I was left speechless by the end.

Well I have not completed it so this review is based on the first episode. I think this anime is very promising and i honestly can't wait to watch more. The boobs and such i could do without but other then that its good. I have read other reviews saying that its not that great. Yes, it is like your basic echii, romantic comedy but thats why its so good. Its so basic, you have no choice but to love it. I gave the story a 7 becuase its uniqe to its genre. Art is a 6 though because all the women look very cute ... and have great design but i feel like it wasn't passed on when it comes to the men. I think they could look better. Sound was good as far as the theme song. The characters are all diffrent in apperance and style which goes appreciated, and finally it is quite enjoyable. I think one main running gag will be that our main man is like superman. He can do all these things like fight bears and tigers. Its funny to watch making enjoying the anime easy. Overall i give her a 8. She scored high on my book and i am picky. Highly recommended for people who like a romantic and simple anime all rolled in one.

This anime is something you might watch if you enjoy weird twists. While i myself was not particuarly fond of this type of twist it was still preety enjoyable. I think the best part was the characters. They were all very individual and had there own special traits. The art and sound were good as well, i have heard and seen beter though. And finally the story. While some may be into the final couple i was not. I give it an overall 7. I would reccomend this anime, as most of my problems with it lie strictly in my bais opinion.
