It's a story in a college setting but with elementary school-minded characters. The MC (Kazuya) has never shown any growth and is just constantly showing how awful he is from chapter 1 to the latest chapter where he finally reached the worst level of mental state that a romance comedy main character can have. After reading the latest chapter (218) I think I needed therapy and so does the mc (Kazuya) and the author.
The manga was interesting in the beginning but it fell off when the plot got complicated due to unnecessary plot stunts and character features. The manga could've been better if ended
