This anime is fucking vibing. Just please, watch it. Go in blind; the first 2 episodes are fun, there's some annoying parts later but bear with it. It's one of those series that leave you a better human.
This has probably been my first anime of this genre I've seen, but I really enjoyed it. I'm a shonen and isekai trashman in general, but this is one of the best series I've ever watched.
This is extremely subjective, but I'm writing this because so many people are insulting this series and it's doing a disservice to so many people that would benefit from watching this. It's not ... a teenage drama that means nothing to people 16+, it's a story for everyone; the character are stupidly well written, in the sense that at some vague point you start forgetting they are characters. They become people, people that you know, and forget that they can only exist in this series, untill it's over.

Listen I'm not gonna pretend this is a great anime, BUT I enjoyed the fuck out of it.
It's quite common in single player games that the story isn't all that good but the gameplay itself is so much fun you keep playing. To me this has been that in anime version.
I am biased towards valuing dialog and characters more than art and story, so this is probably not gonna resonate with loads of people.
The main character reminds me a lot of Naofumi from shield hero, so that has allowed me to enjoy him as a main character even if maybe I shouldn't have.
I like ... how this anime doesn't waste any of your time in useless stuff; I've read the manga and even knowing the backstory (the anime skips the first 3 chapters and you get thrown into the world without much explanation) it doesn't really change much. IT'S A FUCKING ISEKAI ALRIGHT? How many time do you need to see a class get teleported into another dimension before you get a grip of the genre?
At this point if you still watch isekai you're ISKEAI TRASH like ME, let's not pretend we need a good backstory to enjoy this genre.
I like how the author didn't beat around the bushes and made the main character chose a girl and stand by his choice regardless, it feels more mature than any other harem I've seen in a way.
If you're in a life or death situation you're not gonna act all tsundere and hold a kiss for 5 seasons, just frick alredy. This anime doesn't do that annoying shit and I'm happy with that.
Yue as a character is kind of stunningly well written ( due to contrast to how you imagine a 300 y/o vampire loli to be written), she is mature and doesn't act childish. In a way you can kinda see her as a tridimensional character, and that's not something that easy to do with how stupid her character itself is.

TL;DR:
This show has been fun for me. You're not gonna think about it a week later but while you're watching it (if you're like me) you're having fun. It has honestly been one of the most cheap fun I've ever had with anime. I don't fully understand why, but i wish people weren't so quick to dismiss this anime. It's popcorn fun, and there's nothing wrong with that.
