Do you believe in magic? This manhwa is truly a splendid package of entertainment, perseverance, and beauty. Children tend to believe magic easily as they perceive it as something amazing. Once they grow up, they start realizing how silly they were for thinking that. Believing in yourself, and trying not to fit into the typical "stereotype," is pretty much the main moral/theme of this wonderful manwha.

Story: A cursed child who has to work day and night simply to pay off the debts of her father, and to pretty much survive through the darkness of life. Her name is Ai meaning "child," ... in Korean. She works hard, also trying to care for her little sister. Sooner or later, she meets the person who truly causes her life to take a toll. Not only in a negative way, but also in a wonderful way. Together, they go through the adventures of "magic," along with Il-Deung who conveys affection towards Ai throughout the story. The magician was somewhat infamous outside of his little tent, but he never let society lead his way. He stayed true to who he was, and what he wanted. That's exactly what Ai, and Il-Deung did with their lives, except they continued to pursue their education but with a hint of fun.

Art: Let me tell you something about the art of this manwha. So far, this manwhaga's art is the best I've ever seen in any comic book ALIVE The art is just extremely creative! The detailed parts, the shaded times, the illusional moments, they all take you to a different world! As you're observing this manwhaga's art, you're being sucked into a portal which leads to your perfect world! The world where you're calm, and happy not facing any stress or annoyance. Not worrying what others care about you. You're just sitting there calmly enjoying the beauty and truth of the manwhaga's art.

Character: The character development was certainly beyond amazing. It's ironic to say this, but each character had chemistry! Even the enemies in this story were quite enjoyable! Usually the ominous characters tend to be quite annoying, but in this manwha they weren't that infuriating! For a manwhaga to create something like that, that definitely takes a lot of talent. I thought Ai, and the magician aka "Lee," had tons of good chemistry! *Spoiler Alert* The cutest moment in this manhwa that enables you to realize that Ai is the perfect female protagonist that I've ever seen in a shoujo series before is when she's displayed to be quite jealous but in a cute way. You see a pregnant woman (companion of Lee in school) who comes to visit Lee in the aloof amusement park; Ai of course sees her, and postulates start entering her mind. She starts assuming that she might be his wife, or something. As she's hiding behind the tent, she convinces herself that none of this involves her, and she continues to move on with her life until the moment of truth strikes her, and she decides to go back and check the incident out. Quite cute, don't you think! I thought Lee was extremely bizarre, yet tender. Overall, the characters were just tremendous.

Enjoyment: I can't begin to describe how much I've enjoyed this manwha! It's amazing! Nothing else to be mentioned! YOU MUST READ THIS MANWHA. The art was magnificent. The plot is very realistic yet creative. It's the enjoyment of this manwha that will make you read the story within seconds. The pages will pass very quickly as the life span of a typical human being.

Overall: The manwha delivered tons of stuff beyond my expectations. Is it unique? YES! This manwha is a masterpiece. It's one of a kind. You don't often go by on the internet and observe something amazing as this! I actually found this manwha by someone else's recommendation online on some random thread! So I thank that person for recommending it wherever you are! This is definitely a must read for any COMIC BOOK READER, whether you adore shoujo, shounen, josei, ANYTHING! Take the chance and patience to read this! I guarantee you you will not be disappointed at all! By all means GO READ IT NOW. Hopefully, one day this will be turned into a wonderful movie. I hope there's an animated version of the story even though the story itself already felt like an animation as you flip through the pages. Are you that type of teenager who has a hard time fitting into the typical image of society? Are you constantly worried about what others will perceive you as? Are you sick, and tired of the constant drama and tension? Do not fear, for this manwha is here! It will save you from all the intricacies of life, and will allow you to blossom and convey your true image towards it! Never back down, surely someone out there will be waiting for you! And when you meet them, you will not only go through magic. But you will believe it. Good luck, and I respect the manwhaga for creating such a deep and truthful masterpiece. No, a unique diversion for all the misunderstood aka the unique people out there. Thank you!

This manga is truly amazing. Nothing can describe how beautiful the story is. Comedy, drama, romance, adventure, action, and pretty much everything is incorporated into this epic manga. Here's the review:

1- Art: 10/10 I thought the art was pretty decent, it certainly wasn't picture-perfect like those typical detailed types of drawings. But, you know what? I loved it. The art was purrfect. :33 It was like the perfect mix, not too detailed nor messy. It was right in the middle like spring. And, that's when you know the mangaka did a terrific job when it came to the art.

2- Story: 10/10 The story was ... just EPIC! So, basically it was about a girl named Harumi who apparently had cancer, and she has a few months to live. She meets this new patient named Masato (guy); he has a brain tumor & is a pretty heavy drinker and smoker too! Harumi has never seen the vivid view of the sea before, so Masato, being the judicious person he always is suddenly decides to take her to see the sea! They both go on an adventure filled with beauty & amusement. Sadly *spoiler alert* Masato dies towards the end. But, you know what? That doesn't matter. What matters is that they both enjoyed what life had to offer, they took every single moment seriously. They both pretty much died anyway. But they didn't let death get in their way. Harumi remained strong & composed .. and she realized she got everything she needed. She wanted to observe the sea, try out new stuff (shopping & the amusement park), and mainly kiss that one cool special person. And, eventually in the story it happened.

3- Enjoyment: 10/10 "Live as if you were to die today, dream as if you'll live forever." For some reason, there was always something missing about this quote. I understood it, but most of the time I wouldn't really feel the emotion behind those words. After reading this manga, I truly get what the quote means which is to ENJOY every single moment of life, whether it's helping people out, or even reading manga! Always find the positives in the most tense situations. This axiom is certainly true based on the theme of this story of course. They didn't care if they had a short amount of time left, all that mattered to them was basically for them to achieve their short-term goals! And they did! Which is a good thing! The mangaka is definitely a genius for being able to produce such a great ending that gave mixed feelings towards the audience itself. Some readers felt sad, others felt like crying .. and most people kind of just understood the ending based on knowledge & experience from the story, and life in general. So, overall the enjoyment level was indeed exalting. I adored every single moment of this manga. Moments where Harumi was there for Masato such as when she assured him safety and most of the time, Masato assuring Harumi both safety & excitement!

4- Characters: One main thing about a manga is definitely the chemistry between the characters. And, how did I feel about that in this epic manga? I was impressed! Masato & Harumi definitely had chemistry! The characters were quite likable & funny too. In conclusion, they were meant to be together. They fit perfectly as a great couple! :)

5- Conclusion: The ending was pretty tragic yet beautiful. The way he was left hanging onto her shoulder was definitely an unforgettable moment. It's just one of those scenes that you can't erase. It just stays in your mind like a clear picture, or a dramatic incident that haunts you for the rest of your damn life. Anyway, this manga was certainly amazing! I loved everything about it and I definitely recommend this manga to others out there. *Must read for all shoujo readers out there* Good luck!

Hana Yori Dango. What an amazing manga to read. This manga seriously is outstanding, and words aren't enough to describe the true beauty of the entire story. So, basically the story is about a poor girl named Makino Tsukishi (however you spell her name) and she happens to enroll into this really prestigious school. Along the way, she meets the F4 (Tsukasa, Rui, Sojiro, & Akira), a group adored by almost all the girls at the school. Incidents start to happen between Makino & the snobby rich kids; but the culmination of the story is when Tsukasa "the all mighty leader," aka ... the invincible one begins to fall for this Makino Tsukishi. It's amazing how a rich, gorgeous, & unique guy can fall for a wonderful, kind, & genuine girl. The only downfall about her to other girls probably is her status, since she's poor in this case. BUT, who cares?! True happiness isn't just based on status, beauty, or intelligence. It's based on the way you choose to live your life. If wearing baggy clothes & reading manga makes you happy, then so be it! And, that's exactly what Tsukasa did in this story! He didn't care about the attention he was getting from those annoying bimbos at Eitoku (however you spell that), or the wealth that he possessed! The only thing he cared about was Tsukishi Makino; as stated in the manga, she was his dream! I simply envy Makino even though she doesn't exist. To me, I think she exists in this complicated world. Makino is one lucky girl, and one day I'd like to go through the hardships & wonderful moments that she endured.

Overall, this manga is extraordinary. I respect the mangaka for conceiving such a beautiful story! It's amazing! I love it! And if I do happen to meet her, I will thank her for the wonderful excitement she provided to me! This manga made me realize that anyone can life a decent & happy life. And everyone deserves a spotlight, and fortunately .. all of us will get to meet that one special person. Hopefully, I'll meet someone like Tsukasa someday, if not someone as rich as him ;) Good luck everyone, and I definitely recommend this manga! I also recommend the anime, j-drama + the movie, & the k-drama! The Taiwanese drama wasn't so bad, it was just their accent I guess. I tried to endure their accent, but it was really hard. I just can't listen to Taiwanese people talk in dramas o.o I tried watching Playful Kiss in the Taiwanese version, but apparently I gave up within the first 3 minutes of the episode LOL. Anyway, this manga is amazing & any hater who hates on it surely doesn't have a life. Toodles! :p
