So far so trash, the story is garbage and its just fap material for the author, reminds me of the authors other work Shinka no Mi: Shiranai Uchi ni Kachigumi Jinsei. Shinka no Mi: Shiranai Uchi ni Kachigumi Jinsei had potential but it rapidly turned in to a generic garbage and then managed to surpass that to become liquid toxic waste.
Leaving that aside.

Isekai de Cheat Skill wo Te ni Shita Ore wa, Genjitsu Sekai wo mo Musou Suru: Level Up wa Jinsei wo Kaeta is an abomination, if you like gag and ball torture this is an anime for you. The virgin obese lazy ... MC gets conveniently turned to Adonis then gets in to a private school for 200IQ rich people. So much bull and this somehow got passed by the publisher then got an animation??? This is an anime perfect for the omega basement dwellers and people who don't touch grass and pedophiles.

1. Story: Its trash beyond reason, obese loser gets isekai shortcut to a shredded body then all of a sudden his loser life becomes that of a God on earth scenario, better watch Boku no Pico or porn for a better story than "this".

2. Mc is human trash, a coward a slob with no redeeming qualities except for kindness. Wow, its easy to be kind if you have nothing else going for you ofc. Replace the MC with a piece of shit and there would be no difference. The banana from Aho Girl has more personality than this guy. The MC deserves to be bullied for being a spineless waste of oxygen, this would be a cool anime if they just add a 1 minute scene with the MC in a coma and this trash "plot" would make more sense, I would not imagine a competent writer capable of regurgitating this garbage and expecting the readers to enjoy this. I bet the only reason this got published and animated is to launder money for the yakuza, so they agreed with anything.

3. All the woman in this anime serve the soul porpoise to venerate MCboyEdge69. I would write more about the other characters but they are forgettable and soulless automatons designed to be occupiers of space in this "Authors" masterpiece of a world.

4. The art is beautiful and the animation is mid, the studio had to wrap this unko and then throw glitter on it.
From 10000 good mangas or novels they chose this, may it burn along side with the studio who agreed to anime it.

5. I would recommend this anime to any fan of Trojans and malware software enjoyers who would purposely become bit coin mines due to a fetish.

Hopefully this review stays. So yourself a favor and watch Kaminaki Sekai no Kamisama Katsudou if you want something different when it comes to the Isekai genre. The rest of you enjoy Jigokuraku, Kimetsu no Yaiba: Katanakaji no Sato-hen and Vinlad saga this season so you can wash your eyes from the filth that is Isekai de Cheat Skill wo Te ni Shita Ore wa, Genjitsu Sekai wo mo Musou Suru: Level Up wa Jinsei wo Kaeta.

Reading most reviews and being seriously disappointed... like seriously disappointed, i read reviews from people who dont even like the fantasy genre, people who have slice of life anime as theyre all time favorite, what the actual Funk, who are these people.... just read other reviews bellow 6 and find out....
