The next big manga from ONE, the creator of One Punch Man and Mob Psycho 100, featuring art by Shitara Kiyoto. This horror comedy is an amazing blend of absolutely insane off the wall humor and some genuinely creepy moments. While One Punch Man and Mob Psycho 100 had some similarities, ONE does a curveball with this one because so far it feels completely different from all his other work. The plot is ridiculous from the start and follows a simple formula of the two main characters finding a new supernatural phenomenon to mess around with and it quickly getting out of hand, then the ... same thing happens all over again the next chapter because they never learn their lesson. The main appeal of this Manga is the comedy, and if you've seen some of his other work you know how funny ONE can be, but Bug Ego takes it to another level! Featuring some of the funniest manga panels I've ever seen (shoutout to chapter 3 page 37 that face had me so dead) combined with a very unique and distinct art style that compliments both the humor and horror, and you've got a hilariously horrifying manga! If you like absurd humor, absurd horror, and don't really care about a deep plot or complex characters, then this manga is for you!

I had to watch this because my brother is obsessed with it and I'm going to a Cowboy Bebop big band live performance with him, so I was forced to binge all of it before the performance. I've never watched anything of this length so quickly before because normally I hate doing that but this was one of the best anime experiences I've ever had. I thought I wasn't into older anime especially not of this genre but I had my expectations blown out of the water by Cowboy Bebop, I can't recommend this enough to anyone. The soundtrack is especially amazing and I can't ... wait to see it performed live with my brother, big thanks to the random discord user who started watching it with me and urged me on to finish it I couldn't have done it without you.

Turns out this was just promotional material to promote the novel it's adapting all along, it skips a bunch of content from the novel and ends after only 39 chapters with an abrupt ending. Although it starts off good it quickly derails and ... isn't worth reading. Don't waste your time on this.

One of the more promising new gen manga releasing right now. I already love all of the characters even though it just released and there are barely any chapters out right now. The art is great with a cute and bubbly art style to compliment it, and the paneling is very engaging. Despite mainly being a comedy the few fight scenes it has are very impressive and actually shocked me. It has some cliché anime tropes here and there but despite that is surprisingly funny with some witty dialogue, thankfully there are no annoying tropes like fanservice or anything like that. This has a lot ... of potential and I hope the author delivers because I can see some of these characters getting annoying if they don't go through some development, and I really hope that doesn't happen. Be sure to give this a shot if you want something new and refreshing.

I don't even know where to start with this review, this manga is INSANE (but in a good way). Too avoid spoilers I recommend you stop reading this review right now and just read the first couple chapters of this to see if your interested, because it has one of the craziest plot hooks I've ever seen in a manga. The chapters are short and won't take long to read through and it's totally worth it. All you need to know if your still not convinced is that this manga is not whatever you expect its gonna be. It's kind of impossible to talk about ... this manga without getting into spoiler territory so I'm just gonna leave it at that.

A promising new gen manga with some crazy good art to back it up. Similar to chainsaw man, in this setting there are monsters that appear in regular society and a government division to eliminate them. But don't worry its not just a rip off, the setting is very unique with some incredible worldbuilding and engaging dialogue. Even though there are only a few chapters out right now, these are VERY long chapters and I doubt they will continue to be this length. The art style is uniquely cool and compliments the setting perfectly, the monster designs are very interesting but the main characters themselves ... have simple designs that leave some to be desired. The power system and the few fight scenes we have gotten with it are awesome, this manga definitely have what it takes to be a great series in future if it delivers on the setup it has created in these early chapters. Be sure to give this one a shot, you won't regret it.

Imagine "The 100 Girlfriends Who Really, Really, Really, Really, Really Love You" but every girlfriend is the same person, that's this manga. Basically MC's love interest got split apart due to a supernatural phenomenon and is now a ton of different versions of herself each with a unique personality, and MC has to keep them all happy while trying to find a way to fix her. Every couple of chapters another one gets introduced and added to the harem, despite there being so many they don't feel objectified and every character feels endearing. This manga has a really unique art style that might not work ... for some people but I personally love. It can also be surprisingly funny at times and thankfully isn't horny with a ton of fanservice. Give this a shot if you like the genre, it will probably be worth it.

A very promising new gen manga written by the same person who wrote Cyberpunk Edgerunners. This manga is plot heavy, with a lot of interesting world building and engaging dialogue, so don't read this if you don't like reading a ton of words. The cool and scratchy art style perfectly complements the gritty setting and dark themes. The power system is super unique and definitely the highlight of the manga for me, tons of potential for some awesome fight scenes in the future. If your unsure on this, then try reading only the first chapter, its decently long for a single chapter and is a ... great introduction, if it doesn't hook you then don't give this manga a shot, but if you like dark and gripping plotlines, tough but endearing characters, and unique settings with a cool power system, then be sure to read this one!

Take it from someone who read way too much of this, it ain't worth it. It's just another boring power fantasy Isekai #4,862,836,401. All of the characters are one note and their interactions feel forced and fake. The fight scenes are uninteresting and end quickly. The pacing is all over the place and the plot is way too convoluted. So many new characters are introduced so often it makes them all feel forgettable and uninteresting. The art is fine, nothing to scoff at but nothing amazing. I have nothing more to say, be smart and don't waste your time on this.

Tired of tropey manhwa that all feel the same? Then read this manhwa because there is no other like this one! This manhwa innovates by having the MC be more of an observer then a player, watching over a race of endearing lizards and only influencing them from above as a benevolent god. MC doesn't even have that much screen time, he barely even feels like the MC but that's a good thing, it allows this manhwa to focus on each lizardman individually and their interactions with all the other races of this fantasy world. The plot progresses at a steady pace, and its very ... satisfying to see the technological progress of what is basically a civilization game over the course of many years. It never feels rushed and all of the dialogue has purpose, perfectly complementing the grand epic scope of this fantasy setting. Every single character is loveable in their own way, and the antagonists feel like actual threats. Read this if you want a good and unique manhwa instead of just "Power fantasy that totally doesn't rip off Solo Leveling #5,463,788"
