This story feature an old man turned into a loli, and his adventure in the game now turn reality Ark Earth Online. He's struggling with current appearance while trying to solve the problem that pop up in his absence, while trying to keep his identity hidden. Something like that.

Yeah, it's hard. Unlike Log Horizon this world mechanic is a bit convoluted, make it hard to appeal to the "gamers" out there. I'm not saying that it's bad or anything, it's just hard to adapt it to anime.

The whole novel is basically his adventure in this new world, with his new loli form to ... spice things up. Kinda like Elaina but more streamline. Worldbuilding and such.

Even without all the comedy and the anti-isekai trope throughout the length of this novel, the author went all out with both the world-building and the character-building, resulting in those rare moments when the story went to the actual serious side with the war and the relationships of our protagonist. Especially Kazuma, he gets a point from me whenever he reminded everyone of his pathetic back-story while actually being productive with his own strength. He truly has the charisma of the main character( despite his trashiness personality). And the main casts are unique in their own way. All and all this is a great find ... and I highly recommend giving this story a try.

The very first chapter serves both as a great prologue and a fanservice chapter, which annoys me and pleases me to no end. It's a great introduction to our man, Takayanagi, and at the same time hook, line, and sinker the casual readers, the younger side to be specific. Its first impression is strong, so strong first-time readers won't realize the weird, borderline illogical end of the first chapter. Though they had to if they want this series to continue. I said borderline because their resolved the problem in future chapters. But it still stuck out from the rest of the series.

As the title suggests, ... "ethics" is the name of the game here. This is more of an anthology with multiple main characters throughout the story with Mr.Takayanagi being the middle man than a story about a super teacher like Assassination Classroom. Aside from the first chapter( I think it's a great chapter, don't worry about my rambling above), the story focus on their humanity, our society, "what is happiness?", or "what is life?". No, even the first chapter, without the weird way they ended it's fit the theme of the story to a tee.

All and all this is a great find and a good read.

Do not eat raw river fish, do not eat raw food in general, salmonella is not good, also the behavior of some of the animals in this manga are straight up BS. Though manga in 2015 tends to have some BS narrating so this is actually within my expectation.
I won't say anything about luck and stuff because for a happy go lucky teenager he's done quite well. He ooze positivity 80% of the time, and it's actually engaging yet feels natural for a boy his age.
About the artstyle, it's 2015 goddamn it, this is actually on the better side, and it fits the ... theme of this story. Not to mention the paneling and the background, which is definitely not an amateur work.
All and all, I give this a 6/10, would be 8 if not for the BS narrating.
