Ahh Kuma Miko, what a disappointment you turned out to be.

Do not let the cute description and picture fool you into thinking this is a completely happy go lucky type of series. For most of the first half it seems like that, but as each episode goes by, you'll start to see a reoccuring theme to almost all episodes.

Episode starts off cutely, Yoshio gets a stupid idea on how to help the village that involves Machi Interacting and socializing with other, Machi says no, she cant do that, Yoshio forces her to do in a disturbing fashion, Natsu convinces her its a good idea, Machi ... goes and does the stupid idea and gets traumatized, episodes ends making light of the situation.

At first Machi being out of her element was kind of cute as they were playing off of the fact that she was a country Bumpkin, however, with each passing episode it becomes apparent that she has an actual problem that seems to be pretty serious, and the anime continues to play it off like a joke over and over.

The anime then has one of the most disturbing endings ive ever seen with Machi essentially turning back to having the mentality of a 5 year old.

Both the Art and the Music and voice performances are all solid, so no complaints there.

However where Kuma miko Truly Fails is with it's characters: In general terms... They are terrible!
Machi is adorable but she seems to have an extreme anxiety disorder.. the anime tries to play this off as being funny, but all it does it make me feel bad for her.
Natsu starts off as a fun and loving character but my opinion of him changes drastically in the last 2 or 3 episodes when we see his true colors, that he is manipulative and honestly has a creepy obsession with keeping Machi to himself.
At first i hated the character of Hibiki because of how rough she was with Machi, but she did seem to be the one who tried to help her the most, so while i still dont really like her as a character, she is far and above better than most of the other characters.
And finally: Yoshio! This character is just an asshole in the purest form, he makes machi do all of these things that she is clearly not comfortable doing and the way he makes her accept is by things such as: Pinning her to the ground, forcefully trying to rip off her clothes to get her to try on an outfit she is against wearing, and bending her over a table. He is one of the worst characters in any anime or manga ive ever seen.

So while this has pretty animation and music and a cute enough premise and start, the way that the characters and the story were presented made me slowly but surely despise this anime.

Dakura Boku wa, H ga Dekinai is basically your run of the mill, standard echhi anime. While this anime is by no means terrible it is simply mediocre at best. The story was promising at times but the plot was never sufficiently explored for me to care too much. The animation was pretty good but thats to be expected. The soundtrack is by far the best part of the anime, as the opening and ending are both outstanding. The characters........ This is where Dakura Boku wa, H ga Dekinai falls flat on it's face, of all the characters i only like one, The main character ... here is extraordinarily bland and quite frankly a bore to watch, The main heroine is cliche and mostly uninteresting and most of the others are the same. So overall while i enjoyed this anime at times the story and the characters made this unable to be anything but mediocre
6/10 if anything listen to the op and ed of this show as they are fantastic

I watched this entire anime in just a little over a day - it was so cute and entertaining and fun I couldn't stop watching it! The story wasn't really anything special but I didn't care. The characters are what made this anime; the main character's masochism was hilarious and it also had some good drama and excellent comedy. Mio was cute at times but Yuno was by far my favorite character, the most adorable character in any anime I've seen in a long time! It also had nice character development, especially between Toaru and Yuno. The opening and ending themes were also great and ... extremely catchy!
This series gets a 9 out of 10 and is one of those series I would definitely love to add to my personal collection when I'm able! :)

This is my very first manga review and im choosing to do it on the outstanding manga Suki tte Ii na yo(Say i love you in english!)
I first started reading this because i enjoyed the anime adaption of it and thought i wonder if the manga is better, and while i enjoyed the anime, the manga i feel is better by a large margin, the characters are more likeable and their action are more understandable, and i totally enjoy the romance between mei and yamato a lot more, in the anime he is a bit of a jerk sometimes but its not as bad in ... the manga, probably because he's much better developed here
The story gets more time thus it feels more genuine :)
this has jumped many manga to become my favorite and i cant wait to read the rest! :)

I know this anime looks like your typical Moe anime, but in my opinion its soooooo much better:)
The story is strangely pretty strong, there isnt a huge amount of important plot until about halfway through, but the last 3 episodes are spectacular. The animation is beautiful, clear and consistent the entire time. The opening and ending are super cute and extremely catchy that you'll have stuck in your head for some time. I personally loved all of the characters, Especially the 3 leads. It would be hard in my opinion to watch this anime without smiling multiple times throughout.

Koi Kaze, a very controversial anime for its subject matter, which is incest. I can understand why that would turn some people off, and if that didnt turn people off, the large age difference between the two leads.
The story in Koi kaze is pretty strong as it shows the difficulties of the two sibilings as they deal with their growing attraction to each other. The art is not the greatest but it's not terrible eithier. The soundtrack in my opinion is outstanding! The opening gives me chills.The characters were all pretty well developed, this only gets a 9 from me though because i did not ... like the main guy very much as i felt that he was pretty selfish most of the time and was constantly an ass to his sister, i get that he was struggling with his feelings towards her, but after a while it got to be a bit too much. Koi kaze is a near perfect anime that deals with the troubles that incest can bring, and if you are able to handle the subject matter, watch it and you won't regret it :)

Mars of Destruction: Also known as the worst anime ever made. I do not agree with this, however Mars of Destruction is by far one of the worst i've seen.
The story is nonexistent and is cliche after cliche after cliche. The art is pretty mediocre but it's by far the best part of this shitfest. The score here is freaking terrible. The characters are so under devoloped its scary. The only enjoyment i got in this was laughing at how terrible it was.

To be honest im kind of shocked by all the glowing reviews that Eden of the East has gotten by a lot of people!
Before everyone starts bashing me, let me say that i am not saying that this is a terrible anime. However in my opinion it is also not a GOOD anime. The story was a very interesting idea but it was extreemely rushed and not done very well at all, this could be attributed to the fact that the anime was barely 200 minutes long. No complaints on the Ost's or artwork as they were both up to par for me at ... least. To me the only likeable character was Saki, and that was only to a degree as she was fairly shallow, most of the other characters are eithier assholes or just plain and unmemorable. If this was done right it could really have been a masterpiece of anime. Alas because of the characters and underdeveloped story i can only give this a 6 as it was quite mediocre.

In my opinion the most Underappreciated anime of the year.
RDG: Red Data Girl received a lot of mediocre reviews.
While i do disagree with these reviews i can understand why. This is not an anime for everybody.About 50 percent of the time it's hard to understand just what the hell is going on. Though confusing, the story is very interesting and personally kept me entertained throughout.
The art was solid, Nothing exceptional but solid.
The Soundtrack was quite good, especially the Ending, which was very calm sounding.
There were characters i loved and characters i hated, i loved the two main characters and their relationship, it was my favorite ... part of the show, seeing their relationship grow.
Overall Rdg is a very good show, and if it sounds any way interesting give it a shot and hopefully you won't be dissapointed :)

Kanokon is the very Definition of a guilty pleasure anime, as this has to be my number one guilty pleasure.

Story: 4- Kanokon is an ecchi anime, through and through, dont expect anything deep, because you will be surely disappointed.

Art: 5- Much like the story, the art here isn't anything very good, ive seen plenty worse art but the art is pretty mediocre here.

Sound: 7- Nothing very noteworthy here, the op and ed are both good, catchy songs, and the ost fits.

Character: 8- I absolutely loved the characters in Kanokon, all of them were a joy and hilarious to watch, in particular the two female leads.

Enjoyment: ... 10- While it would be a total lie to say that this is a good anime, i enjoyed it throughly :) .

Overall: 7- While i completely enjoyed this anime and was never got bored, i can't give this more than a 7 do to the fairly nonexistent plot, however im sure i will likely watch Kanokon over and over again
