It has a similar premise of taking a rather cutsie genre, Madoka being Magical girls and Vivy being Idols, then bringing a dark twist to that normally preppy genre. Vivy is incredibly beautiful and has horrific/gruesome visuals whereas Madoka is all around very cute with a dark story being unveiled through the series. I think if you liked the thriller and horror of magica madoka you would like the story of Vivy and vice versa.

It is a boy love anime but it has a good romantic atmosphere between two of the main characters, if you enjoyed the romance in Ouran High this will be a great anime to expand on. This one really made me swoon and took me through all the emotions in a good way, but it also left me satisfied (unlike Ouran).

This anime has a very different premise but the love between the two main characters is similar to Tamaki and Haruhi, if you are a fan of romance and actually want to see romance between two characters this is a good anime to follow on from Ouran High.

It has the same warm and fuzzy kind of romance that I felt when watching Ouran high, and has good character development for the boys. I loved it, and it seems similar to Ouran high but it is also quite unique.
