[SPOILERS] Of course your gonna want to see this after the first season. This season is great with showing everything and making the first season feel so small. It felt like AOT for a bit...; however it dosent have the AOT charm and loses one of my fav ships. This season was great at showing how fucked everyone was. Even in a large country your fucked. unfortunately our characters were FORCED into the war for so long that they know theres no happy ending. Instead of acting like the PIGS from The Republic of San magnolia they wanted to fight and maybe save the
...
world. The group now feels lonely asf because instead of having a whole sector of similar people they're now on their own with foreign strangers that dont know them because the governments trying to keep them on their own.
Throughout this whole seaosn i was missing The Camp from the first season, so many likable characters and interesting people there. Most of the people in this season are sending our Characters to their deaths. Its so depressing that The Republic of San magnolia sent so many innocent great people to their deaths with no thank you or anything. Racism sucks. At least the 86 have something at Giad (country they escaped too) like a bedroom, The Family Figure with Frederica and The Boss, and a functioning society, but I missed Milize so much
The Republic of San Magnolia. I really liked how they were portrayed. They were either scared or frightened enough that they closed their borders and ignored every other country and non white coloured haired people. They isolated everything and were just hoping for the war to end. They didnt wanna fight or involve themselves anymore then they were forced too, so in a somewhat relieving way they hid the truth from the public and pretended everything was fine; therefore when shit hits the fan and they're attacked you think. What if they worked with the other countrys still alive. What if they revealed the truth tot heir citizens. Things would be so different. I keep looking back at the conversation between Annette and Milize where Annete tells Milize that the war will be over in 6 years and that for her future she shouldnt work in the Military... Annette was so wrong, but thats depressing. Everything everyone worked for, what the Government did for the better of their people. The Military heads must've known the Fight was unwinnable so they decided to leave everyone in the dark. Ignorance is bliss. I'm so glad we started the story in this country because it opens our eyes so much. It's so depressing thinking about characters like Hantu, Kaie, Kujo and so many others that didnt know the truth, but deserved too. Literal AOT vibes
CHARACTERS. This season had some meh characters but the good ones had a lot of screentime. Like Frederica. She was so good at comparing Shin to his older brother. Plus her ability to see his past was awesome so she was able to make these great speeches and arguments with him.
A lot of the characters from Last season didnt have that much personal screentime but they're great. Honestly felt like they were all going through the motion except Shin.
Shin couldnt move past the burden of being the Reaper and feeling guilty and regret. His power as usual is very useful but def takes a toll on him. Honestly I was expecting for him to hear Milize's voice during a battle bc her whole country was destroyed. (kinda wish that happened; however for Shin to change for the better Milize being dead wont help) The pressure of the country's opinions on the 86 def hurt. Especially when being given so much pity.
Honestly it felt really different going form Milize who's a lot more emotional and readable to Shin who's almost the exact opposite, but its great to show the missing hole Milize gave everyone. From the daily calls to how she checked up on everyone. It really felt like something was missing and thats so depressing. No more love story for this season except survivors guilt and being unable to move on.
The battlefield is hard on people especially if you were fighting since you were a kid and had your family destroyed. No more holidays, birthdays, school trips, etc. Everything just gone because of the war and Magnolias racism. Everything that happened with Shins brother blaming him to similar aged people dying everyday and him "dying" and hearing the Legion at all times took its toll on Shin. This season he was so fucked up. He had to replace his goal from killing his Brothers AI to stopping Fredericas knight (who was a great Knight. Even saving Frederica by faking her death) and finishing every fight recklessly so he dosent have to be left behind anymore. Thats why its great that Frederica has her power bc she did a great job showing Shin what he's doing and how this is affecting others. Sadly this was a world threatening manner with the motor missile and Shin couldnt leave this up to others. Overall I like Shin and Fredericas dynamic.
There are some other interesting characters but they dont have much screen time. The white haired dude from the beginning was cool and it was sad knowing Frederica took their picture. That was depressing af (bc he died in case you didnt know.) The Blonde haired girl and the black haired widow killer or whatever his nickname was called were cool badass characters. If theres a season 3 then I hope they're featured more.
Raiden and everyone else appear to being doing alright. To be fair this season was mostly focused on the countrys and the Trauma Shin and everyone else faced that affect them. In the first season Theo had this great flashback with his PIG commander and showed how some PIGS can be good people. Same with Anju but thats a different story but yk yk. Not much background like that is given for these characaters apart from Frederica's Knight, Blonde girl hinting that her family was rekt and yeaah. The first season had so many great characters and moments. Like the guy who worked on their mechs. Its so sad that he's likely dead now
ENDING. Honestly the ending was goated. Didnt expect the Frederica and Raiden clutch against sir Knight The Goneth. The feeling of everyone being dead was great. Especially when Milize showed up and Shin sees the picture she shows him while hes in the mech. Seeing the whole Spearhead Squadron and believing Shin was the last alive FROM everyone there was fucked. Thankfully everyone was alive and EVEN Milize. She somehow survived which is awesome and its great to see her again after 8ish eps. Oh I loved how in the last episode before Milize saved Shin he was freaked out from the robot trying to kill him. Shin was defenseless with his Mecha fucked. I honestly though Frederica was gonna save him or Shin would die. Seeing his face then was so sad. We didnt know yet that Shin was passed out for A HOT MINUTE. I thought Frederica was watching this happen lmao. Milize thankfully saves Shin and Shin didnt know what she looked like and neither did she; however that didnt mattter bc Shin was stuck in his Mecha. They converse and then I realized... Oh my god..
They have LANGUAGE BARRIERS?? Does that mean in Episode 1 of this season they had to learn a whole new language? I dont think so honestly I dont know what the language barrier. Dosent matter though bc they finally met. Then we learn what happened in Magnolia. They managed to defend the place enough and went looking for people and Milize saves Shin. Personally I kinda wish we got to hear Milize's voice from Shins perspective. That wouldve been so fucked. She's a great person and being reminded that great honest people die everyday wouldve fucked with me more then it does now. The ending was great. A lot happier and Shin can finally breath again compared to the rest of this season. Fido coming back was great and having a family again is wholesome. Its just so sad knowing so many great people died ONE EPISODE before the Final trip in Season 1. Its great seeing Milize go to Giad and meet everyone in person. I loved the long distance relationship from the first season and its great to see it concluded here. I hope we get a season 2 or 3 (idk if this counts as part 2 or season 2. dosent matter) I hope we get some more loveable characters like Season 1 had. It's gonna be a lot more shitty having people die now because we spent so much time with them. See you in Season 2! 86

Damn that ending was pretty dark. I'm glad it was though because a lot of series I've seen had happy endings, but it was very abrupt, but to be fair they were threats. One thing I really didnt like about this series was the Girl that wasnt really useful. The airport arc showed her doing stuff, but I really wish she had a niche or somehow couldve been helpful.
Also I kinda like everything with the effects of the drugs the Boys took. It made it so they had to do everything swiftly and to get their name out there. The limited time probably convinced
...
12 a lot to help 9.
This anime is pretty good with showing the Boys emotions and has some action. Also you have the Main girl for Self Inserting yourself. She's basically a harem character but more tragic when you think about the plot.
Also 12 snitching really wasnt expected. I thought he would name a random place far away. I'm glad the MC Girl convinced him to save him tho. (her literal only use apart from cooking)
I wasnt too into the MC Girl so I'm not as impacted by it then other people, but it was done pretty good for the time it had. 11 episodes and the Boys had limited time.
I think this anime couldve been even better if it had more Kids in it from the Labs. It couldve made it longer and get more depth like what happened with MC Girl's Mom, What 5 was like in the lab, and have a flashback episode showcasing the trauma rather than small bits.
The music was pretty good, but during the live streams it felt too loud and made it hard to hear the terrorists, but apart form that its very immersive and chill. The action scenes were pretty good, it gave me some No Game No Life vibes.
Overall pretty lit series but was short and relied heavily on 12 and MC Girl. The detectives were cool too though, but it was short for it too have a lasting effect.

Damn this anime was good. Soundtrack was great, characters were very cool and pretty realistic. The strategy for me got confusing whenever we got to duplicating items and destroying the original, but to be fair I did take a break halfway through this series. The art is supreme, the gore is surprisingly really damn good. Whenever a human character got smashed into a rock fast as fuck you could see their demolished jaw and shit. Same with destroyed or broken fingers. Continuing on topic the action is so damn good. The action has supreme highs. The animation is great and the strategy is awesome (but
...
it gets into I HAVE TOO FOR MY FRIENDS, but its understandable to die without regrets.) The strategy was awesome. I also liked Haine but got confused at the end with the tiny Haine and the normal one with both eyes. Why did Haine kill Ryuu and was it because of Shide? I actually liked Shide and the way he thinks, but a huge thing I didn't see was that whenever he kept being reborn into a new body it made Haine weaker. Haine than wanted to get strength and leave to her home (which is between life and death) for that to happen she got in touch with the doctors and started mealing on victims. So Haine was the bad guy after Shide kept reborning. I really like that, but in the end they act like she wasn't the reason so many of her friends died. She killed everyone at the end of the loops. That's very excessive, but it was needed to go back home. But at the end they treat her with care and everything like she wasn't going to do that. She was kay with killing her old friend Hizuru. Anyway if I'm wrong then shit the anime is even better than I though, but this is a real world so lets pretend that there were flaws. They forgive her, Ryuu forgave her for killing him and causing his sister and friends and parents despair. Shide is the bad guy who wants to experience the end of the world and he Haine helped him to go back home.
The plot and shadow characters was very awesome. I loved the mystery and feeling despair whenever Shinpei lost. Even haine using Shinpeis body was cool. I liked Mio's shadow and Ushio's clone.
Damn this anime is so good. I remember when it came out and everyone was worried.
Moving on to the last confusing thing. In the 3rd loop I think Haine consumes everything on the island. Its also where she got Shinpei's clone I believe. This fucked with my mind because in one of the episodes Shinpei questions if the clones go with her through the loops. By then we know she cant clone information except whoever she's controlling thinking, but she can clone weapons like guns and shit. I'm surprised she didn't give Shide a sniper and snipe everyone from far away. But to be honest she wanted the festival to happen so she was limited in what she could do. Never mind. Damn though.
This series was a really good mystery. Kept me thinking and it had its own vibe with it. The atmosphere and animation and the art direction especially with the last episodes were peak. I like Shinpei and his thinking and the strategy into everything. Was so damn awesome.
The Ending. The episodes leading to the ending were awesome. Everything about tragedy and not being able to save everyone. The mystery with Shide and why he's controlling Haine and what he's doing. Then Shinpei remembering that Ushio is still in the world. Due to her original shadow body. The action was great. The despair was great. Everything was great even after getting Ushio and him timing his next loop to go for Haine's throat. The fight against Haine and Shide was awesome. Them outsmarting her by using duplicate cloned items and tricking haine. The strategy into fighting by getting rid of Haines foresight. Shinpei getting Ryu's foresight was awesome. We actually got to visually see Ryu and he was helping Shinpei. Than Ushio trying to help Haine be free and them going to the place between life and death where Haine wanted to go again. Then the whole artistic design and Shinpei and Ryu being together was awesome. The area was so pretty and then them using their knowledge to find Ushio about duplicates. Then the final boss battle with Shide was awesome. Ushio was clutching the battle during a fucking World War 2 bombing sight. SO creative using Shide's immortality to its benefit here. Than Shinpei and Ryuu getting wrecked by Shide was great too. Everything was great until the part where they reset everything by making it not happen. That part was sad to me. They killed Haine as a whale and let the island starve and started over. It then turns up to a happy world without any gods and no looping or deaths. I wish the ending was different because this ending feels very foreign to me. I mean it is what everyone was fighting for but no one remembers it except Ushio and vaguely Shinpei. Feels like this all actually could have been a dream. That feels so shitty to me. Imagine someone dreaming all of this? I wish we had some evidence that everything actually happened except Shinpei mentioning that he was worried. I wish Haine was still alive because she was overall pretty good. I wish instead of killing her they changed her somehow. I mean the 2 eyed one was good in the last few episodes why couldn't she take the young Haine's place? It just feels boring and like a actual slice of life now. Empty ending and not the empty I was looking for, but it was a "good" ending. Way better than Darling in the Franxx, but it gives me vibes from Darling in the Franxx. Remember the ending when they all were wearing school suits? Damn this ending gives those vibes.
Well anyway awesome anime definitely recommend. The second half is very good. The first half was good too but didnt keep me grasped in. Huge Re Zero vibes!! Shadow Mio is awesome! SO is Ryuu. This anime wouldve been a 9 if I didnt take a break. Or watched Attack on Titan. Damn the ending makes so much of the lore I liked erased. Just never happened.

just pure sadness. I really liked this anime. The sounds and music are great, characters are very likeable and good and just so realistic. I love seeing the characters backstory and beginnings and comparing that to where they are now. Just depressing. Very good and likeable. I really like seeing Cyberpunk 2077 again. Love the world and immersion and its way better here with so many stories and characters and locations being seen its just awesome. I compare David and Maine to Jackie and V and Johnny a lot. Its just awesome seeing Night City in new eyes and without Johnny (I love Johnny a
...
lot) I like seeing Trauma being used through the series and how David's changing. I wish the opening was more exciting and the ED is good. The Dubs great, the character and gigs are good. If I had to complain I'd say the series is really short and it feels like Cyberpunk 2077 with so many gigs and jobs being done at the end, but I do like the party's in the beginning and showing David's priorities throughout the series. I'm hoping for another game in the Cyberpunk 2077 universe or maybe a dlc with side character or more bc I want this franchise to be as fleshed out as possible.

The last 4 episode were 8 stars materials. This anime is pretty awesome for new watchers or if you haven't watched anime in a while (which was me) I liked Kou a lot and seeing the unexpected twist at the end is just pure bliss. I really thought this series was just gonna be a boring slice of life, but I'm glad theres a chance the vampires are actually horrible people. I want some cool and interesting stakes and takes. The fight scenes were pretty awesome and I liked the slow pacing. (Especially with it leading up to the ending) I'm excited for the future
...
of the series and to see Kou become a vampire and see the differences and how his friends reacts and possible fight scenes with hopefully a vampire empire that's unknown. Thatd be cool, I also wish there were more guy vampires. Unless it's intended (except with the Trap vampire. That confuses me.. maybe there are actual same Male vampires though, but from what I seen maybe there arent?)

I liked the first half a lot because it focused on a ton of the characters and gave them good backstory's and they were prominent characters in the story. I didn't like the plot with Celty too much, but I liked Shinra and his dad and the plot around that. I also liked seeing what happened with Mika and Celtys head and everything around that and how Shinra's dad entered and talked with Izaya. (tbh Idk what happened to his dad he just disappeared after that)
I wasn't too into the friendship of Mikado and Anri, but Masaomi I liked. I like Mikado too but Anri
...
I don't like that much. I like the friendship between Mikado and Masaomi and how Mikado told Masaomi about Maki being at his place and he came over. Wish there were more moments like those. I also liked Sage and how he started coming to school again and the guy who was with the Dollars at the school.
After the time skip. I didn't like that too much. Its just 6 months after everything we knew. Mikado lost some of his noob charm which I liked and plot changed from talking about characters and small progressions to full on Gang escalations and war. I understood everything about it, but didn't feel that much about it. Apart from Masaomi and Yuki that was good. (probably because I was reading a manga while watching the series. Ig I can't handle consuming multiple series at once) A lot of the wholesome moments stopped for Gang escalations and Izaya watching everything from afar while escalating things online. I liked it, but I preferred everything before the time skip. There are some good moments like Celty being friends with Anri and Izaya telling Masaomi who the leader of the Dollars is, but I wish it was gorier. Anri getting slashed by a knife looked so dumb. "Her clothes were ripped open, but not her flesh" that killed any suspense I felt there.
The things that stayed awesome after the time skip was Simon, Shizuo, Izaya (which hes gotten crazy high on power after learning the leader of the Dollars) Masaomi, Celty (Shinra was really cut back and his Dad) and Kyohei and his group. Apart from that not much. The plot was decent apart form the Slashers which randomly took a mythical turn which I was not expecting and it felt like magic (Celty is mythical too with her arc, but it def didn't feel like the Slasher needed to be. Well maybe she did but I didn't like it that much) I like how Izaya had things connect with Anri's teacher having debt and everything around that leading up to Anri being the Slasher. I just hated the Slasher arc. Anri's power is cool and she can endure it being annoying and its connected to her backstory and I like how Shinra remembers her parents antic shop but that's really it.
Enough with the bad lets talk about the good. I really liked Shizuos backstory and how hes a normal person, but his body over exerts itself more than others and he can become super strong. I also like his brother tryign to be supportive of his anger issues and how Shinras involved. I like Masaomis backstory, Celty meeting Shinras dad, Simon being a chad, Kyouhei being a great inspiration for anyone. Also how Izaya is able to control anyone because of how smart he is and he knows a ton. Apart from that I like some of the plot and characters and the settings, but it took a big to gang wars just like how Izaya predicted. I thought it was pretty fucked up that Izaya wanted to kill Shizuo so he hired some people to shoot him in the head. I also don't agree with Masaomis thinking with him wanting to rejoin his gang to avenge Anris "injuries" but tbh he could be doing it subconsciously to get back to Maki, but he really does care about his gang. Kyouhei is a prime example of what Masaomi should've been. I'm glad Masaomi is now living his life with Maki in the end though. I also like how it showed him talking to Mikado after the accident and how he liked talking to him, but I really didn't like how Maki faked her injury because Izaya said too, but in the end she betrayed Izaya (Without consequences??) and I really like Simon.
I just dont like the friend group with Misaomi, Mikado and Anri I wish the Dollars guy joined or Sage.
I like how Izaya predicted that the Blue squares would infiltrate the yellow scarves though. That was good.

This manga was pretty good but super slow in the beginning. Many things happened in the beginning but they helped build out Yuuhi. The story starts to get really good after Hangetsu dies and the Knights get introduced.
My favorite part about this series are the character. I like how they all got their wishes, motives, feelings, spirit animals, and relationships. I also like how they all effect the battles and Yuuhi. It was awesome seeing Yuuhi change from the beginning to the end just from meeting The Knights. The few things I hate about Yuuhi is how he can be a serious dick sometimes (not
...
often) and his motive for swearing his oath to the princess. In the manga I think he said it was better to follow the princess than protect the world because it'll be interesting (I can be wrong its a decently long manga but i remember this) I also hated his reaction to the princess. Why does he like her so much? I also hated the flashback where Yuuhi met the princess. I wish it was someone else or a random person like The Master, but it was cool seeing Yuuhi before his Dad died and his Grandpa went all crazy. To be honest I hated the romance in this series feels like it would've been better if it was just about friendships which there is a ton of friendships which I loved.
My favorite parts of the series are the relationships with the characters. I really liked it. Seeing the characters reactions to everything and how it affects them and how they have goals to beat all 12 stages of battles. Also betrayal. I liked seeing how they all arent a pink slate wanting to save the world. Akane hated the world and sides with Animus. (The Sage Master) and it was awesome seeing how Akane experienced everything with how the people hes been bonding with could die in these moments where he could save them and how his ability could've saved past lives. It was pretty sad, but I aslo liked how the 11th Golem who was intelligent was also his friend. In the 11ths Golems last moments he looked at Akane basically saying goodbye to him. It was pretty sad. Seeing the moments of them bonding and switching roles as he take shis form and stays at his house to observe humans while Akane sleeps in the mountains is really heartwarming because this is the first time hes ever had a "sleepover." Watching his friend/enemy die is pretty sad. I also liked how Mikazuki (My favorite character) brought him to Yuuhi's house to chill after training. A heartwarming moment. And also when they got ramen with a ton of the other characters too. Akane was such a great character.
Another great character is Mikazuki and Hadouko. They were pretty great in the social aspects of everything and strong. It was awesome seeing them interact with everyone and battle and have their own moments thinking about everything and protecting everyone, but in my opinion the best part of the anime is the despair portions.
Yuuhi had a opportunity to become a mythical beast knight but he had to versus Hadoukou and it wasn't easy to watch. It was crazy seeing Yuuhi trying to win and him thinking about Hangetsu's death and his wish to help make Yuuhi stronger. It was depressing seeing everyone in the room and Noi watch him cry through the pain of Hadoukou beating him out of the fight and him feeling worthless because he cant do anything with Hangestu's power because of his unfit body. I loved it. Than afterwards Hadoukou becomes stronger and Yuuhi is left depressed in his bed and he roams through the woods and falls into one of his holes he made in preparation for the Golems to attack again. Than Mizuki finds him and Yuuhi is just depressed. Hangestsu died because of him and he cant even be helpful to the Princess (which i hate her) Mizuki gets a chance to shine and is a awesome friend.
I wish this anime had more despair. I hate how the ending is so happy (apart form the animals leaving which was depressing, but literally 1 chapter afterwards its a time skip. The time skip was so sudden. Holy shit I hated that. 11 years?? In 1 chapter. It went from Yuuhi missing Noi (which was a great scene) To Yuuhi being a detective with Okonome.
Speaking of the ending I didn't like it that much. I wish there was more to it than a happy friendly ending. I wish something could've happened with Yuuhi and Amina. Or something fantasy like with her giving Yuuhi or someone else psychic powers or gives him something to inherit. The ending is so damn sad. In the end they all lived happy lives growing old and to die. I wish someone became a god like Animus in the end, but I liked this manga a ton. Super enjoyable the beginning is slow and the relationships are awesome with the characters and the animals. I cried when the animals had to leave it was so depressing. Imagine a creature had to stay within 15 meters next to you for a year than suddenly they leave. That was a great scene to show with Yuuhi asking Noi to wake him up at 6, but he cant because hes gone. Depressing. I wish it ended there. I also like how Yuuhi didnt feel like a main character that much. In the beginning he did, but once the Knights showed up they took a ton of the spotlight and than seeing Yuuhi act as a different person to the others and be helpful compared to him in the beginning was awesome. Him helping Hyou find inspiration by digging with him was a awesome scene and many others.
The biggest let down of this manga is the background with Animus. I get it that hes super powerful and how one doctor can cause him to see himself as a all time powerful god, but it felt chaotic how his and Animas backstory happened in 1 32 page chapter. What the fuck many characters had way more time to grow compared to him and Anima. Eitherway its fine. Also Yuuhi following the princess. I hated it. I get it being friends and how she gave him confidence in his ability and was a decent friend I just didn't like her at all.
"Spare none 10 to 1" Said by her. The characters that are making Yuuhi a better person she wants him to kill What The Fuck. I was enjoying the characters way better than the actual Plot with her.

Really good and depressing. I loved the aspects of this series and how u learn more about the world very slowly. I like how there are so many good characters and good settings. I also like how the story goes with everything around the main Character to the Main Character as It becomes self-aware and becomes human. The plot with the enemies is hard to get into, but once u do it becomes more enjoyable as other characters get into the climax.
Talking less about that stuff. I really liked Gugu and Fushi and how Fushi was still recalling prior events as he didn't know what
...
happened. Gugus backstory was great and really good. I like how we saw a ton about his brother and his family and everything. I liked the drama with Rynn and his brother and all the people around him. And Fushi. I also loved how they fought together in the second Battle. It was perfect and they did so well. I didn't like how Rynn kept trying to talk to Gugu, but its understandable. And also I wish Gugu didn't die so early. 2 episodes after the time skip (which was super cool) he dies. So much was built upon him:( So depressing, but I like how it affects Fushi later on. 4 Years with someone was a huge change for him and I liked it. I also liked the family dynamic with everyone (shown in the opening which is awesome) The ring Rynn had was really cool too. I loved everything about this arc and seeing Fushi become a better person and change.
Talking about the black figure I think he's really cool. Not much I can really say, but he warns Fushi and is helpful. He also wants to help Fushi understand that murder depending on the circumstances are needed or so. Also that its inevitable which is depressing in the end. The last episode was depressing. Thankfully the Black Figure helped her do something meaningful which is great, but still its so sad.
The grandma was awesome. I like seeing her as a character and seeing her teach Fushi (which was only to get him to help her) She was like a parent to Fushi (more than March) I liked seeing her in the family dynamic too. She was there when everyone was together Fushi, Gugu, booze man, Rynn. That was peak happiness. She also wants to help Fushi in the end to give her life purpose. It was sad seeing what happened when they both got kidnapped to the island, but I like how Fushi was super loyal and got used to Her helping him during their travels after Gugu's death.
After the island (last episode) is depressing. I like how Fushi wanted to keep checking on the Grandma before leaving which he kept on until she caught him. It was so heartwarming and wholesome seeing Fushi care so much about her. Its only depressing that while they continue their travels that she starts dying. Comparing this to their first time traveling to Boozeman's place is so damn depressing. The same thing is happening again, but it wont ever be the same. because she's dying and changing. Its sad seeing Fushi witness how she starts relying and becomes less like her original self and someone who needs constant care. The ending is sad as fuck. Thankfully the Black Figured man helped her wish and that she'll help Fushi in a different form years from now. That made it less sad, but not for Fushi as he witnesses a parent basically die. He cared so much about her and she dies travelling with him. Its so damn sad.
Nameless Boy was a super cool character. I liked him a ton and i'm sure Fushi did too. Its sad knowing that his dog died and Fushi became him and Fushi started acting differently than his dog and he noticed and just laughed it off. Its sad that he had to watch all of the Elderly he knew die and he was left with his dog. He was still happy and focusing on the future. This just makes me think about how life is so different for some people. His adventure trying to find his way away from where he is now is encouraging and scary. He could die or Jonah (the doge) could die on the trip and he wouldn't be able to help. SO many things could go wrong.
And one did. He fell into a ice lake and tried to continue on, but lost hope and went back home. Than he started dying and while he was dying he gave Joan food and gave him a bright smile. Its hard to think that Joan left him and how he was stuck home all alone. Its also so sad seeing him sit up on his chair right before dying. Also how Fushi made the trip in 4 days of continuous walking. Meaning he would've never made it out.

This anime was pretty enjoyable, but it has a ton of flaws. My biggest flaw is how most of the plot is structured over Menou and Akari.
I like Menou a lot as a character and the backstory is pretty cool and super enjoyable. I like seeing how other Wolders changed the world too and how she feels guilty and relieved with her job as an executioner. I also liked how they showed the other students at the training session for being a priestess/executioner. And the other options Menou could have taken. I like her and Momo (in the beginning I didn't like Momo but
...
seeing the backstory that wasn't too informative, but made me feel something about Momo and Memou, I just wish there was more)
I don't like how she keeps using Momo for other jobs that don't involve Akari. true there isn't a real way to get Momo involved (yet) but it's still sad seeing her only asking Momo for help and not hanging out with her. If we had a few chill episodes maybe I'd feel attached to the characters more.
Now let's talk Akari. I hate her. true there's a reason why she's so annoying, obnoxious, and over affectionate, but it still doesn't change how a friendship works. I wish we got to see them warming up more, but Akari pushes straight through the boundaries. I don't know how Akaris past life in Japan was, but it's still very weird that Shes so affectionate. Which is better than just having a normal friendship right? If you're looking for something different than this is the anime, if not than you probably won't like it. Akari annoyed me, but she was just trying to make memories with her new friend. I wish she had other motives than just helping my friend and getting out of this world thanks to her. She literally feels like a harem character. With her and Momo.
Let's talk about Akaris future self. I kind of like her way more than the annoying Newly transported Akari, but still, What the fuck. the plot is completely centered around Akari and Menou so they can't explain why Akari really loves Menou (which she actually does) which just makes this feel awkward. She just plainly loves Menou. It feels weird and unsatisfying that I don't know a main core of the series, but it's a huge part of the plot so it can't just be explained early on. I hope there's a side series or a flashback that shows Akaris first time in this world and how she experienced it. This would mainly be a sequel to that; although it would add a ton more depth, but that wouldn't be the way the author intended this series to be seen. It just feels weird. In terms of "returning by death" I liked Subaru way more than Akari. Future Akari doesn't have a certain charm I expected her to have. And I wish she would actually talk with Menou and try finding a solution that way (but I'm sure she has before) For now she's just going with the flow until something goes wrong. What is she going to do if the same thing happens like the other loops? Shes just watching from afar.
Which brings me to the plot. I hate how the main plot is just completely centered around Akari and Menou. It would be way better if it focused on the main scale things and showed Akari and Menous friendship slowly. This is why Momo and Ashuna's plot points are way more enjoyable and usually better. There's no useless dialogue, no over affectionate moments, no awkwardness. And guess what? We get to see them warm up to each other and care about each other. I like the side plots way more.
Also, with the plots it feels like they're bringing out the mystery way too early. This anime had so many golden opportunities to fool the audience, but they just tell you everything an episode or 2 later. Without ever making u think hard about it.
Another complaint i have is with the world building. So much has been unexplained that we don't really understand the powers. In a fight Menou could easily just use a whole unexplained ability or common knowledge about the ability to win and we the audience wouldn't know what happened or is going on.
This could be farfetched, but when I watched Mushoku Tensei, or Re zero I at least had a pretty decent idea of the powers and abilities and the lore behind them. Sure, we know the lore behind the powers in this anime, but we need more of a idea. Are these powers special to Menou? Are these powers even hers? Is it her knife?
What we really know is that Shes an assassin/executioner that's skilled with many assassin things and that magic is a huge factor.
To conclude this anime was pretty enjoyable I can see why people like this, I even liked it, but it has a ton of pacing and noticeable flaws that makes it feel way worse than it probably is? Maybe the manga is better. Pacing wise the manga could have more and maybe more moments because this feels a bit rushed.
I'm pretty interested in the plot, and I love the foreshadowing of Momo trying to kill Akari for Menou, but I hope season 2 is better content wise. Maybe I'll watch it, maybe i wont.

This anime was actually pretty decent and really enjoyable.
The drama, relationships with all the characters are pretty good. The princes are all good too which is surprising.
In the beginning we saw the princes/Nobles as colored hair, annoying loyal simps, but by the end we see that their lives have been turned around and changed so much by the "protagonist"(Maria) that it affects their family and relationships/marriages. The lore with the princes/Nobles were honestly pretty good and surprising. I didn't expect this from a series like this.
In one episode the MC spared with Brad Fou Field and recognized how he and the other Nobles are actual
...
people and really care about Marie (who is another person isekai'd into the game world, I'll talk about this soon)
Many of the Nobles have really good moments with the MC or other past/side characters that make them feel human. They're just really nice guys usually forced into a situation because the plot of the game demanded them.
In the beginning of the series I for some reason really go invested into the main characters family dynamics (in the isekai and irl) and it made me feel way more invested in the anime. I like how in episode 1 it was the MC his brother and dad with a higher authority bossing them around, but thanks to the MC (Leon) he moved up on the hierarchy and has a goal of living a peaceful life. Its super satisfying to see the main character go from low to high in the hiearchy. Seeing that his friends (side friends) were loyal to him too when they betted on him in the beginning was good too.
Speaking of family I wonder what the hell is happened with Maria? Shes another person who was isekai'd as her the same as Leon (MC) but she's his brother? Thats what I got form it. She said she had a brother and completely described Leon.
Learning this we can tell that Leon was a gambler and had debts and worked a job in his previous life, BUT what the hell happened to his sister for her to get reincarnated into Maria? Its so random, but kinda cool too but jeez. I wish they had more interactions, but that's for a season 2. Apart from that I hate how scummy Maria is. Leon isnt too scummy hes just enjoying himself but Maria is being scummy to another level.
Kissing some of the Nobles in secret. taking advantage of the plot and collectibles and just being a scum in general. Shes ruining so many moments for the actual characters.
Lets talk Leon. Hes a pretty decent main character. I'm glad he doesn't surround himself with girls and he makes some good one liners like: "Im full of---Piss" etc, etc
but hes aslo a really unique protagonist. I really like how hes not a total nice guy or a mean guy. If he sees someone crying he wont lie to them, or if he sees everyone booing him he doesn't care. His priorities are himself and his friends. That respectable.
I like how he tries to force himself out of the Olivias life because shes the protagonist and he doesn't want to get involved anymore than he has. hes showing way too much power over the Nobles and its affecting the plot (not like Maria is doing better) At least Leons trying. I just wish he wasn't so Overpowered thanks too the robot which i like. The robots personality changes with Leon and i like that.
Olivia and Angelica. They're pretty good characters and I like them a ton. OHHH especially the bully. The bully was so good at making the plot more bearable and enjoyable. It made the series a lot more interesting and tense which is what it needed and needs more (TALKING ABOUT THE WAR ARC) I like how the bully manipulated Olivia and Leon couldn't tell! That shows he doesn't know everything and I liked that, but he has to stop winning fights constantly. HOW THE FUCK DID LEON WIN THE SPARING MATCH WITH BRAD?? That should've been impossible. Leon never touched a sword...
I like Olivia and Angelicas different perspectives of life and how Angelica will easily protect Olivia but shes also flawed because she hated people lower than her and treated them as such. Until Leon and Olivia came along. Than she changed for the better. I also like the advice Leon gave to Angelica when she got heart broken over Julius.
Honestly I forget about the power girls have in this world because of Leon. He completely distracted me from that annoying rule that cant be changed.
The plots pretty decent I like how Leon talks about the game plots and different arcs (because he 100% it) and its super cool and different from other animes. This anime is really different which is good and new! The last arc felt a bit rushed and felt worse than the rest, but its still good tbh.
I just wish the series was more darker and death. Gorey too. I wish we got more of Leons brother in game. Also about his sister? She literally tried to kill him how did he forgive her? If he did at all. They never talked again.. OHHH I want to talk about how Leon immediately notices a person of high hierarchy immediately. Thats really cool I liked that a lot. It shows his previous knowledge on the game.
Anyway top conclude this anime was pretty good. Not what I expected tbh. Was a bit sad, but the comedy moments are a bit too much but rarely funny, but funnier than most animes I've seen (humors very subjective) best parts of this anime are the Bully, WAR ARC, MC, friendships. Speaking of friendships, the Robot really is a good character and friend to the MC especially comparing how he almost killed him in the beginning.
