First of all, with all due respect, I have zero time to get invested in 16 DIFFERENT IDOL GIRLS WITH EACH OF THEM HAVING A SO CALLED "DIFFERENT PERSONLITIES" LOL. Why did the author even think this was a good idea. Slight reason could be how authors plan was all along to plan so much filler that plot is irrelevant.
Remember 16 different people. I bet also they have so easy backstories like being a nerd, but then you realize you have potential. Or lets just pull out the "Parents died at a young age and i need to take care of my siblings".

you already know the gist of the story. 16 people form a idol group. They suck at the start. But then we learn all their reasons and their backstories. And then they win some kind of tournament/festival. And then they lose etc. Its predictable. Copy and Paste from other mangas.
Idols have such boring outcome and development arc. They will always be static/stale because they are the same after and before following the plot. Always the same child trauma or parents force you to sing etc.

Review both for the anime and manga, Includes a little bit of epilogue.
Not recommending Kuzu no Honkai.
Weird coming from someone that really found this engaging the first time i saw it. Remembering the days me and this bro would talk about that cliffhanger of an ending. And the Cool ass theme. BUT THOSE DAYS ARE OVER. IVE BECOME MATURE BITCH.

I really did not understand MC actions. Capable of lying to her best friend just so she can make herself feel good, completely abuses her power of what she has over her best friend. What an awful person. And for that i NO LONGER respect her. Although somewhat realistic, but this is anime/manga we are talking about, where the A male mc gets the gyatt gyaru gf no problem. Nobody is looking for that in post 2016 anime.
The Male mc is absent, no is is not a mc, a background character to pop up whenever something is plot armor is not working anymore. His love does not seem genuine. He wants to love her.... and accept her as a cheating slt, but he hates slts? Ok right. Sure. This today is Normal.
Reckon you've already read people addressing the male teacher and the female teacher. Not going to bother. Just slop.
This taking way to long. To summarize. It is bad, makes you completely hate a good build up ending. Just for a epilogue to present MC as a misogynist insert "feminist" character. In some shape or form HOWEVER, it is enjoyable. And better than your average romance, but come on man.

What a manga with the definition of wasted potential. Goes to show how ignorant the author is compared to where the majority of fans are. To put it easily, author realizes a big mistake in the latest chapters and decides to retcons the whole plotline, just because Author was peer pressured (Or something I don't know, either way) to back down of the whole plot.
A theme in relationships about insecurity is cheating. Or that feeling when you are unsure your beloved is cheating. It could be quite an awful feeling, and pretty difficult to bring it up. It is some of the worst actions another

human can do because it ruins your whole trust in the relationship, and after the effect of cheating some could never be the same or have the same trust. Nobody should ever be cheated on.
Now put that idea in your head as you discover what these characters will do and how they will respond to these actions.
Pretty sure reader(you) and me after having read the thing above now understand why this is such a shitshow.
To say the most without spoiling reading this is seriously not worth the read. It is a massive flop in outcome and has the biggest disappointing character choices you will EVER see in a manga.
And to top off art is just disgusting nasty underage sx scenes. Which going back, these scenes have actually zero involvement in the story.
Again what a horrible way to go. Volume 4 must be studied and questioned years to come.
Read it idgaf, feeling sorry for all fans of yuri genre.

I recently watched the anime “Fuuka”. Would I recommend this? No not really. Its Your average semi romcom, the unique part being they like music and start a band. Yeah that is sure so unique. There is a love triangle so on.
Oh, and the Mc’s girlfriend when they were kids, is a multimillion-dollar popstar that is a gyatt gyaru girl. And they made a promise when they were kids that they would get married.
I love how the sisters in this series are always naked, in their words it’s okay because they are family. The gay boy that is too attractive to like girls.

And a predictable boring love triangle, where the mc has all the power to choose one, but never does it.
I was maybe thinking of watching the series, however in episode 2 it is so easy to tell what the rest of the series is going to consist of.
Making it clear also, I am not musical anime fan. One of the most boring genre ever. Fmc just has one of the best voices in the whole universe and the mc supports her and then there is drama about how they think they no longer love each other BLAH BKAH BLAH.

I have not seen love is war, this is not going to be a comparison.
So far its OK, @MEH.
Its okay funny, i did laugh lol. Not enough as prison school.
But yeahh, what can you really say, i guess this is just this winter season slop. Just eat it up you will not get fat or anything,

a accident kiss. I see in the future a big plot "reveal". Maybe even a relationship hidden from heaven/hell.
Off topic but, don't really like heaven/hell in anime. Usually its just boring and lack of originality. Antihero is from hell, and bad guy is from heaven esc.
They are ok characters, nothing really to hate, wait there is a guy that is confessing every single nanosecond so i guess its funny, f that loser. Mc is better than average
ART IS BAD, there was a scene where the fmc was UNDER HALF MC SIZE LOL.

Definity a love/hate mentality with this one. Pretty pretty mixed feelings. Altough i did somewhat like this and could maybe, very unlikely recommend this, this has to be a mixed feelings to not recommend.
First thing off my head is the love triangle or love square that is done ok, meh. I did not like the fact that we as watchers already knew what was going to happen. It's common is these types of romance/ semi harem, but the way the anime spends a lot of time with these other characters is crazy. We spend Alot of time with these characters and to then just

have a weak ending with each one is weirdly lazy bobo writing. Some don't even get a concrete finish. Fact is, i think one heroine is such a better written character than fmc and mc combined.
Mc is such an alpha lol. Bro is really the anti-villian. The destroyer, the SLAYER, What an disgustingly good character. The rizz/fizz this dude has is limitless thug. BUT he is still an villian lol. Something people are going to be put off by is around episode 6-9, and you will either be with him or go against him. Its like a telltale game, stand with him or against him. Lie to yourself or accept the truth.
And these episodes were really hard lol, even for me. I wanted to just drop it, but curiosity got the better of me. (At this point i was lying to myself, to make myself feel better.)
Fmc is not likable at all, you will hate her, despise her. What a goddam Vermin. A rat, snake. Not your fault, she is just written bad. Exploiting the Mc like a Vampire, Sucking off all his blood and when she has had enough, goes off to such someone else off, literarily.
Her choices are predetermined, like the ending, smh.
She just HAS to do that, and later do that. And we just have to get unnecessary drama
She is also stupid, Baka stupid. Orihime stupid.
They have flaws and are well-rounded, some are triangle formed, some look like a cube. (Some characters are written bad). Some just disappear from the story entirely.
Art is whatever really, dont think you will have a keen eye here, palette is systematic, and is nice.
HOWEVER. Ill have to say this... At least they are realistic. Which is a good ground to get on, after so much romcom/harem bullsh.
They act human, and humans make mistakes. Could not tell you the same about the episodes and storyline.
I personally would not tell a friend to see this one, i wouldnt tell a boyfriend to see this one. But i think some will enjoy this because it is very realistic.
Ending sucked tho. LOL IT SUCKED. I HATE THE ENDING

Chapters and volumes here are irrelevant, but i think i stopped when the kid grew up to a beta male.
I really hate these kind of "Psychological" type manga, because no one really understands the genre, maybe i am one of those, but this is boring, lame slop. To the point that you can predict that these chracters will never become dynamic in any way. Just look at the mom, static as hell.
First of all, its seems as though this manga falls in the category, "just because i have trauma means anything i do can be justified". "You want to kill someone? Oh but

you have had trauma, well then its ok". Btw The police is absent, should've seen it coming.
This feels just like a longer chapter of the first 50 or so, there is absolutely no need for the story to continue other than being pure shock value. I guess i fell also in that trap. Similarity in "Watamote", there is 0 reason for this manga to reach 153 chapters. Presumably there is even going to be a epilogue of the mc.
And i really don't understand how every single "Psycho" manga, tries too hard. Someone just has to die, trauma, or some other bs youve seen done 100 times in other manga. At the point where you just dont understand no longer why certain characters to these actions, and you are not to blame, you never get told.
Style is similar to other "Psycho" manga, punpun, aku no hana, i am hero. Looks like same author. Over use of black, bad balance in pages. Author tries to do systematic pages, but it fails. "if in doubt, black it out"
Please add an "unrealistic" theme to this manga.
I think actually others will enjoy this series, we got the big boob heroine, the Psycho "i can fix her", the "Traumatized" mc that does not want to change. Even if i did not enjoy it based on the upper text. Just another slop Psycho manga
Ii will not be recommending chi no wadachi.

Not recommending "Kanojo mo Kanojo" is something i knew i would say the first minutes watching this.
Very plain, no good continuation, storyline. Feels like this was really made in a rush with the intention to satisfy the average loser biggest dream, have 4 or more girlfriends at the same time! So epic. Trend going along with "100 girlfriends to date me blah blah" anime.
Oh boy what has happened to romcoms lol, same exaggerating facial expressions, same "funny anime moment", the slip and either fall into boobs or grab boob. Girl slapping someone because they saw pantsu etc. And what does kanojo mo kanojo do

different? Ding ding! you are correct, nothing. Its pretty lame, cashgrab to watch season 2 where something happens, as in someone gets mad over who is getting more time with the boyfriend, i guess.
You can expect the usual here, bikini episode, road trip, hot water place spa? (forgor the name).
Characters are basic, and the only motive is ofc something that the boyfriend(mc) did something in the past to help the girl and now she has had a crush for him over 30000 years. And ofc she confesses in midts of all this poly/harem drama.
Just watch something else, this is not even the slightest funny. Very much forced comedy. Slop content 2024.
Art is whatever is standard in 2015, music is boring who cares, mc cant handle basic human interactions because he is so shy and "we need to exaggerate everything in a romcom haha"
I would recommend taking a break from anime if this is a 10/10 that another reviewer meant. A 3 year old break

What do you want from this review? To get you from stop reading this manga? YES, and realizing that we have to stop accepting this junk.
There is seriously no reason this has 8/10 stars lol. I guess this shows me that reviews on this site have started becoming unvaluable, unreliable. Filled with people being just horny.

Is the story unique? Was it predictable? No, Yes. This is very, very generic. Almost is sad how much prediction you can take. Male mc gets HOT GYATT gf, Another girl likes mc, mc skips out on seggs(lol), fmc has a mean bestie, but she is just kind. So on. Reminds me of "Hajimete no Gal". No ITS THE EXACT SAME PLOT, SCENARIOS, EVERYTHING.

Characters are pretty one sided. Even if something bad happends, its like they do not have personality. Its like youre watching a robot communicate with eachother,
"Make a conversation between 2 gyaru from japan. One of them has a bf, and one is tsunandre. Make up a scenario that tsunadnre is not trusting of bf"
I think others will dislike this, there is very little need to watch this. Or if youre one of those people that HAS to watch all anime that comes each season.
Funny thing, watch "Hajimete no Gal" with a bingo card and compare this to it, and see how much they match
