I heard many things about Death Note. Many call it the best anime ever made.
Is it true? In my opinion yes. But what makes it so perfect?
First of all some will maybe say that you can not create a perfect anime there will always be some little mistakes. Well this could be true. However i can not really find "little mistakes" in this masterpiece. The story is unique, the soundtrack perfectly fits to the anime in almost every scene. First of all i have to say that this Anime is political correct and many things in the anime are simply not true. Marie Antoinette for example never said "Let Them Eat Cake" and there is no proof that she had a realationship with Hans Axel Von Fersen. Also Louis XVI is kinda portrayed as a weak and incompetent King. But however this is nothing new.
If you don't take it to serious everything is alright. Now to the Anime. It is a masterpiece. Oscar is such a good hearted and pure women that i almost felt in love with her. I believe there are only ...

I read all volumes of the manga before watching the anime.
The anime basically features the first 4 volumes of the manga. I really like the soundtrack from Maon Kurosaki. What annoyed me a bit where the ecchi moments in some scenes. But all characters are very cool i liked Takashi and Saeko the most. However i can "only" give 7 out of 10 points. Of course Art, Story, Sound and Characters are great. Well it is a beautiful anime. The drawnings are very beautiful and although there is no real highpoint in the storyline it is still very enjoying to watch the anime until the end.
However the ending is disappointing many questions remain unanswered. I myself think the ending is the biggest weakpoint in this anime. They could have done it much better there was much more potential. However what i really like about this anime is that it has an important message. Which is also relevant in real life. I am a big Final Fantasy Fan and i played Final Fantasy VII around 1000 hours(feeled).
The Movie Advent Children is set 2 years after the events of Final Fantasy VII and there we already have the problem. People who did not play the game will hardly understand the plot or what certain elements in the story mean. It was a great idea to made this movie but sadly it is in fact only for Final Fantasy fans. Graphics are very good. But many characters from the game are barely shown.
