I've watched season 4 part 1 and 2 back to back, so my review might be biased. I'll keep this short, I really liked this season, the anime does a good job of keeping the 'desperate' tension going with the characters it involves. However, the power scaling within the anime in certain fights or moments feel way out of wack which can taint the experience a bit. I love the character development for Ryu in particular, I'm just afraid she'll be another one that's in the harem and gets forgotten when she was a badass fighter prior season 4.
