Both take place in the future and in both anime the world is messed up and broken because of the psychic abilities of some humans. The darkness in both is very similar but night head 2041 looks and I think is more futuristic than Shinsekai Yori even though it takes place before that.

If you liked Ojamajo Doremi add

...then you might like Houkago no Pleiades (TV) add

A slime grants magical power to a group of friends in return for some help to achieve its goal. Although Ojamajo Doremi is not as short but the ending of both shows are pretty similar

In both anime someone disappears due to a certain reason and the world resets and only 1 person remembers the individual who disappeared but to everyone else the memories of that person don't exist anymore.

If you liked Wakakusa Monogatari: Nan to Jo-sensei add

...then you might like Yakusoku no Neverland add

Both the shows are about children and their daily lives and the environment is also pretty similar. The only difference is that Promised Neverland is a bit dark. This anime is like a happy and positive version of promised Neverland.
