I am very satisfied with Chaika. I watched Scrapped Princess by the same author years ago, and I thought- what a shame, the story was a bit wonky, but it was really fun! Chaika too does not disappoint, except the story was very good!
Not all episodes have fighting, but if you want a adventure, this is a great anime to watch! As a warning, it can be a bit graphic at times, especially towards the later episodes, but I deem that you as the reader can make the judgement yourself. Well, there's not that much blood anyways.
